The divorce between Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren has been finalized. The couple appeared together at the Bay County Circuit Court in Panama City, Florida to execute the divorce agreement.

Nordegren, 30, and Woods, 34, released the following statement:

"We are sad that our marriage is over and we wish each other the very best for the future. While we are no longer married, we are the parents of two wonderful children and their happiness has been, and will always be, of paramount importance to both of us."

The terms of their divorce settlement have not been released, however reports claim that Tiger's ex could receive more than $100 million in assets. The couple agree to share custody of their two children ...Sam Alexis, 3, and Charlie Axel, 1.

Back in November, reports surfaced that Woods was having several extra-marital affairs. After admitting his infidelities, he entered into sex rehab. After a brief break from golf, Woods has now resumed his career on the course.

Nordegren has reportedly purchased a $2.2 million home near her birthplace in Sweden. No word on whether this will be her permanent residence.

UPDATE: Court documents reveal that the marriage was "irretrievably broken" and that both Tiger and Elin attended the standard four-hour parenting class required in finalizing a divorce in Florida.

Taylor Momsen is back-tracking on her Rihanna diss after her statement saying Rihanna wearing a leather jacket is “really annoying" drew criticism.

"First of all I'd like to say that quote was spun... it's a misquote. I was arguing the difference between rock versus pop and it's a very pop-oriented world at the moment. There is no rock and the people who dress or have guitars in their music... (for) audiences that's the closest thing they have to rock right now."

Get ready for a mini-Friends reunion! Jennifer Aniston will be joining real-life BFF Courteney Cox on ABC's Cougar Town.

ABC confirms that Aniston will play Cox's therapist in the episode scheduled to air on September 22. So far, Aniston is only scheduled for one episode.

This is the second time the two have teamed up together since Friends. Aniston appeared back in 2007 on Cox’s FX show Dirt in which they exchanged a much-talked about kiss on the lips. Cox also had real-life BFF Sheryl Crow on Cougar Town's first season playing Sara, a confident wine representative who falls for the character, Grayson.

As for Aniston, 41, she's currently promoting her new movie The Switch which performed poorly over the weekend at the box office ... bringing in just over $8 million.

Jersey Shore is not only the most successful series MTV has had in seven years, but it stands to make one of its breakout stars, The Situation, a very rich man.

In addition to the $60,000 per episode fee plus incentives based on ratings that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino managed to negotiate for season three of the hit show, he'll also pull in millions from personal appearances, endorsement deals, his workout video, vitamin line, book deal, iPhone app and of course, he also gets a percentage of the sales of all merchandise related to the show, which includes DVDs, T-shirts, buttons and Halloween costumes.

"We are really excited about all the opportunities coming Mike's way," Sorrentino's manager, Mike Petolino of Gotham Entertainment told THR. "He has been able to secure many endorsement deals, business opportunities and additional television offers based on the success of the show. Our goal has always been to try to build a brand if the situation presented itself."

Pun intended, we're sure.

Fantasia Barrino is speaking out about her recent overdose, saying that it was no accident and that the American Idol winner "wanted out."

"I didn't have any fight in me. I didn't care about anything. I just wanted out," she says in a new interview for VH1's Behind the Music.

Barrino was rushed to the hospital earlier this month after overdosing on aspirin and sleep aid following the news that she was named in a lawsuit by the jilted wife of Barrino's married boyfriend -- and that there was a sex tape that would prove Barrino was the other woman.

Brian Dickens told us that, "She was dehydrated and exhausted at the time" she took the pills.

But Fantasia says taking enough meds to land her in the hospital was no accident. "I just sat in the closet and looked at the mirror and took all the pills in the bottle. I wanted to go to sleep and just be at peace. I knew exactly what I was doing. You can't accidentally take a whole bottle of pills."

Fantasia's Behind The Music airs on the network Tuesday, the same day her album, Back To Me is released.

Uma Thurman, who was wearing a revealing bikini while vacationing with boyfriend Arpad Busson in Italy, looks as if she may be pregnant with her third child.

The actress, who has two children from her previous marriage to Ethan Hawke, previously broke off her engagement to the billionaire Busson last year, but they reconciled soon after.

And how! The 40-year-old Thurman has never looked happier and healthier -- but is that a pregnancy glow she's sporting or just the look of love? (We've e-mailed her rep for confirmation, but as Thurman's on vacay in Italy, she couldn't be immediately reached for comment.)

Thurman and her maybe baby bump dined with Busson at restaurant The Little Mermaid in Filicudi yesterday before taking a dip off the side of their yacht.

Busson also has two children from his marriage to model Elle Macpherson.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, will be facing an LA judge this morning ... awaiting a preliminary court date.

However, contrary to various online reports, Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, says that his client will not be taken away in handcuffs ... and that no deal has been made with the defense attorney.

Miranda Sevcik, spokesperson for Chernoff's office, tells X17online exclusively:

"No deal has been hatched with the DA. Doctor Murray will be in court this morning, but we expect to be in and out. The only person that can set a preliminary court date is the judge. As for us, we're on lockdown until we get that date. We don't want to compromise our case by talking about our plan of attack."

As for how Murray is doing, Sevcik adds:

"Doctor Murray is happiest when he's working. Aside from making the majority of his money practicing medicine in Las Vegas, he's been busy with a charitable clinic in Houston. Despite what he's facing, he's in good spirits. Just recently he was on vacation with this girlfriend and son. Doctor Murray been living his life like the innocent man he is. "

If convicted of the charges, Murray faces a maximum sentence of four years in prison.
