The pop legend has been offered $1 billion for a 5-year deal to perform in Las Vegas, according to The Sun UK.

After a brief break, Celine Dion will be returning to the Colosseum at Las Vegas' Caesars Palace for a renewed deal, but Dion's multi-million dollar payout falls short of Madonna's massive billion dollar offer.

Madonna is currently the fourth highest earning female entertainer in the world! However, if she accepts this offer, she could potentially secure the top spot.

This wouldn't be the first major deal Madonna has landed. Back in 2007, she reportedly signed a $120 million deal with Live Nation to distribute three studio albums, promote concert tours, sell merchandise and license her name.

Michael Lohan's new girlfiend, Cindy Von Kear, is standing up for her man ... calling Cindy "Rodeo" Steedle's assault claims "a bunch of lies."

Von Kear tells X17online exclusively:

"He never went near her. Never groped her. While we were filming Celebrity House New York, I overheard her talking to her manager about this scheme. She told him 'His credibility is so shot right now that everyone is gonna believe this.' I personally escorted the bitch out. We have her on tape lying about the whole thing."

Von Kear, a former Playboy playmate, says she and Lohan (pictured to the right) started their relationship while filming the reality show ... but wants to make it clear that "he and Kate were already over when we hooked up."

She adds that Michael is completely stressed out over the current situation with Steedle. Von Kear says, "This is not a good situation for a guy that’s try to heal his relationship with his daughter."

As for the alleged fight between Lohan and Steedle, Von Kear says it has all been caught on camera. She says she was there when the "s**t-kicking match" went down ... but the drama was over the phone. Von Kear confirms that Lohan raised his voice at Steedle via the phone ... but never got near her. In fact, she says, Lohan wasn't even at the house because he was waiting for Steedle to leave. Cast members say that the drama began when Steedle invited numerous people to the house where the filming was taking place ... and she didn't have permission to do so. As a result, Lohan wanted her out.

She confirms that the Kate Major drama will be addressed on the show. Lohan is currently securing sponsors, but plans to roll out the reality show in LA .... possibly calling it Celebrity House LA. If the show become a hit, von Kear says Lohan has plans for Celebrity House Miami, as well.

Von Kear, who calls Steedle a "sick, sick bi*ch," adds:

"When the footage surfaces, the world will see that Cindy Steedle is a piece of s**t liar. And let me just say, as far as him groping her .... there is no way in hell that Michael would find her remotely attractive."
