Miss Spears, dressed in white and pinning Glee actress Heather Morris against the wall, appears to be taking on the role originally played by Madonna. Brit then strikes a Gleeful pose alongside show creator Ryan Murphy and Morris.

We can't wait to see the finished product when it airs next month. This concept is brilliant!

David and Victoria Beckham took the kids to enjoy Universal Citywalk this afternoon with their celebrity chef pal Gordon Ramsey and his kids.

The clan ate their usual snack of frozen yogurt (how does a gourmet chef tolerate that stuff?!) and bought some gear for the kids. The Beckham boys all got EZ SK8 rollers to strap to their shoes so they could walk-n-roll around the outdoor mall.

An X17 photographer on the scene tells us: "David and Victoria were so relaxed, having fun with the kids and with Gordon. Even though Victoria's got on nice clothes and she's carrying an expensive purse, she still knows how to joke and have fun with the boys. It's so cute!"

You may think Madonna has more claim to the name Material Girl than anyone, but apparently a clothing company owned by LA Triumph used the name for their clothing line before Madonna did and they want the Material Girl to cease and desist!

An attorney for LA Triumph, Peter Afrasiabi, told X17online in a statement: "Our client and its predecessor have been continually selling similar clothes in similar retail outlets at similar price points under their Material Girl brand since at least 1997 and Madonna and her new-found company do not have the right to trade in the same space under this brand."

"As a result of their acts, our client faces a risk of being subsumed by Madonna's profile, obvious worldwide notoriety and the massive spending campaign by Madonna, her company and retailers on her behalf," said Chris Arledge, another intellectual property lawyer on the case at One LLP.

The suit claims ads for Madonna's line are "risque" and could confuse the public as to the which Material Girl clothing line the commercials represent. The lawsuit also states Macy's will be added as a defendant upon further discovery.

The filing demands "actual damages" in addition to "profits attributable to their unlawful conduct according to proof to be proved at trial."

Lindsay Lohan has been getting a very special visitor while in rehab: Ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

Even though it was previously reported that only family would be allowed to visit Lindsay at the UCLA medical center, we're told that's not true.

A source close to the family tells X17online exclusively that Samantha, who provided support for Lindsay in the days before Lohan was incarcerated, has been visiting her ex at least 4-5 times a week!

Additionally, the source says that while at the rehab facility, a lot of new details about Lindsay's supposed addictions and psychological problems have come to light.

"Lindsay may have taken prescription medication, but she doesn't have 'an addiction'," the source tells us. "She's been through detox, but had no withdrawal symptoms, so doctors don't believe her issues were as serious as they were lead to believe initially."

And not only that, but the source says doctors have discovered that Lindsay's been misdiagnosed for psychological problems.

"The only thing Lindsay suffers from is having two narcissistic parents and she fills the void by hooking up with destructive people and bad habits," our insider tells us. "Her mom Dina bad-talked Michael for so long, that Lindsay and all her siblings ended up disliking him but she needed something to fill the father void, so she started acting out."

Even though Shawn Chapman Holley went back to court Wednesday to argue for an early release in light of these recent revelations, the judge deferred his decision until August 25th.

Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr has confirmed that she's four months pregnant with new husband Orlando Bloom's baby.

"Yes, I'm pregnant. Four months along," the Australian Beauty confirmed to Spanish Vogue just one month after her secret wedding her longtime beau.
