Lady Gaga, who's getting ready to rock the stage tonight at the LA Staples Center, couldn't be happier with the news that the ban on same sex marriages in California has been overturned. This morning, the pop star opened up to Ryan Seacrest on KIIS-FM saying:

"Oh my gosh, I felt like it was a revolution, a gunshot went off, like setting everything into rotation, it was so exciting. For me, it was a moment that indicates it can happen in every state now."

Gaga went on to say, "It has been important for so long, we've been fighting about it for so long. I've been fighting for it for so long."

Fight the good fight, Gaga!

The first movie was such a success that Disney decided to make another one! Check out these uber cute promo pix of Jonas brothers Kevin, Nick and Joe as well as co-star Demi Lovato for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam. Such a sweet bunch!

So will the songs be just as fun and catchy this time around? Demi tells MTV News yes, but that "there's also songs that are kind of emotional." Hey, the kids are growing up!

Teri Hatcher doesn't use Botox and she wants the world to know it! The 45-year-old Desperate Housewives' star posted photos on Facebook of her bare face just out of the shower... in all its glory. She titled her photo album, "Oy with the Botox!" Hatcher writes:

"Thought about all those damn critics of my face. Love it or hate it, my face that is, [it's] no surgery, no implants... no matter what 'they' say. Decided I'd shoot myself in to reveal some truths about "beauty" and hope it makes you all easier on yourself. Did I every toy with fillers or Botox over the years? Yes. Tell me does this look Botoxed to you? Yes I am alone in my bathroom naked in a towel on behalf of women everywhere trying to make a point. Women YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL."

Hatcher also addresses the large vein in her forehead ... a feature she has in common with Julia Roberts. Hatcher adds:

"I can be mad, or confused, or sad and tired. Julia Roberts had that same vein in her forehead in Eat Pray Love. Proud of Julia for being a real woman on a real journey."

And in case you're looking for a few tips when it comes to hiding your flaws while in front of the camera, the actress is happy to give the following advice:

"Just me wanting to teach that all those glam versus trash pictures of celebs are about LIGHTING. It's not makeup, it's not surgery or Botox.... Flat front light in your face, especially sun setting [or] 4pm light blows out all wrinkles and imperfections. Overhead light [and] sun... casts shadows under your eye from your brow, making you look tired. Shoot all family reunion photos [with] the camera man... holding the camera a little higher than your eye line."

If this is true, boo! We really want J.Lo as a judge...

The singer slash actress had reportedly been in talks to join hit show American Idol next season (along with Steven Tyler) to help fill the seats left vacant by Simon Cowell, Ellen DeGeneres and Kara DioGuardi, but now an online report claims Jennifer Lopez will not be a judge.

“Her demands got out of hand," says the report's source. "Fox had just had enough."

X17online reached out to Lopez's rep but we have yet to receive a comment...

Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson's embattled ex, was spotted driving to her lawyer's office in Century City Tuesday afternoon to discuss the ongoing case against the father of her child...

Just yesterday, a Sheriff's spokesperson confirmed that the Mel/Oksana domestic violence case will be presented to LA County prosecutors in two weeks. After reviewing the evidence, they'll decide whether or not to press charges.

Wonder what the prosecutors will think of all those nasty audio tapes! Who has the stronger case here?

A photo of the back of Jesse James and a brunette is circulating online along with a report that the West Coast Choppers bad boy is spending time again with estranged with Sandra Bullock.

The pic is of James' assistant Hildie Katibah, NOT of Sandra Bullock (all brunettes do NOT look alike!). In fact, we photographed Katibah with Jesse's daughter Sunny back in May, wearing the same jeans and wedge heels.

Jesse's rep confirms to X17online, "It's not Sandra."

So sorry, no reunion, no reconciliation -- Sandra and Jesse are still splitsville!

Judge Marsha Revel has been replaced in the Lindsay Lohan case, and a courthouse source tells X17online exclusivley that it's for "unethical" practices.

Just last Friday, District Attorney Danette Meyers raised an objection with the courts claiming Judge Revel had been communicating with the Lohans ... without notifying the DA of the conversations.

Jane Robison of the LA DA's office, confirms to X17online:

"Judge Marsha Revel is no longer handling the case. Both sides need to be present during any communication between the defense and prosecution. For that reason, our prosecutor raised an objection."

Judge Eldon Fox will now be the presiding judge in the Lohan case. Lilo and Judge Fox have a history. Back in 2007, the judge handled the civil lawsuit case that was filed against Lindsay stemming from her DUI arrest.

Judge Fox also handled Courtney Love's drug possession case, Winona Ryder's shoplifting trial ... as well as Prison Break star Lane Garrison's manslaughter case.

The cover of Life & Style claims that reality TV superstar Kim Kardashian is single once again - after her breakup with longtime beau Reggie Bush, Kim K. moved on to Dallas Cowboys player Miles Austin. But the mag insists that their relationship is "fizzling away" (according to their insider) and that Kim is definitely single.

But not so! A source very close to the couple tells X17online that this story "isn't true" and that Miles and Kim "are taking things slow and nothing has changed."

Besides, just because Kourtney has a baby and Khloe got hitched doesn't mean Kim needs to rush into anything. She's still young and gorgeous and has plenty of time to do what she wants!
