The evidence in the Mel Gibson/Oksana Grigorieva domestic violence case will be presented to LA County prosecutors in two weeks, a Sheriff's spokesperson confirmed yesterday.

Investigators will be presenting the evidence, which includes the infamous tapes, as well as texts and e-mails, as well as their investigation into the extortion claims against Oksana, reports the LA Times.

After reviewing the evidence, prosecutors will decide whether or not to press charges.

Like most tween Disney and Nick stars, Emma Roberts, 19, seems intent on leaving her good girl image behind now that she's an adult. And that may include a "full-on sex scene" for the Unfabulous star, who appears on the cover of W with actresses Zoe Kravitz and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

"I don't know that I'd do a full-on nude scene, ever," Julia Roberts's niece told the mag. "I've never had a full-on sex scene ... but we'll see."

Although she's far from nude, Emma does pose in nothing but a bra for a sexy pic inside the mag.

Emma, who has "always wanted to be an actress" has several more adult roles coming up in films like What's Wrong with Virginia, Scream 4 and It's Kind of a Funny Story. No word on whether any of those films will test her sex scene resolve!

Brooke Mueller has never heard that the Train song Drops of Jupiter caused the infamous Christmas Day incident between she and Charlie Sheen ... at least that's what she's hoping we believe.

In a police report recently released, cops had this to say about Sheen (aka Estevez):

Estevez added that the catalyst of this argument was that he shared a song with a daughter, whom he fathered with another woman. Estevez further explained that he and the daughter share an affinity for both astronomy and the song 'Drops of Jupiter' from the band 'Train.' Estevez added that he bought two tracking telescopes; one for his daughter and one for him so they could both look at the same point in the universe at the same time, as a way of staying connected.

X17 videographers caught Mueller leaving XIV in West Hollywood after having dinner with her mom and when asked about the Train song report, she acted surprised saying, "I'm not sure I understand." However, she was happy to say the kids are "wonderful."

As for the Christmas Day incident, when police arrived to the rented home on that day, Muller apparently told them that Sheen threw her around "like a rag doll" in the months before the fight, according to Real Aspen.

Sheen pleaded guilty to assaulting Mueller during that argument. The actor will serve some time in a drug and alcohol rehabilitation in California.

Her last ad for the beer sparked outrage when it was deemed "too sexy!" But how can Paris help but be sexy?

After taking somewhat of a break to be a mom to Suri, Katie Holmes is back in a big way with several projects in the works, including the mini-series The Kennedys, Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark, and The Romantics, where she plays a lovesick bridesmaid watching her best friend getting married to the love of her life.

Katie has never looked better in the trailer for the film, which seems a bit reminiscent of Rachel Getting Married and out next month. The flick also stars Josh Duhamel and True Blood's Anna Paquin.

David Beckham took Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz to a local soccer field yesterday to show them his moves and the footballer was in fine form!

This is the first time we've seen the Galaxy star back on the field since surgery on his Achilles tendon back in March when doctors said Beckham would need six months' recovery before returning to the game.

Well after doing his time on crutches, pampering foot with ankle supports, and just simply taking it easy, Beckham looks like he's ready to get back to his sport!



David was sitting on the sidelines at first but couldn't sit still. Our photographer tells us:

"David was watching but he couldn't handle calling out directions, he had to get up and show the boys how it was done. And once he was on his feet and running around he was totally in the zone. He was ready to play!"
