Even though her mug shot may suggest otherwise, Snooki says she was too pretty to be in jail after being put there for disorderly conduct in Seaside Heights last month.

"I'm too pretty to be in jail," Snooki told MTV recently. "I'm a good person. I'm not a criminal, and I will never go back there."

"I don't know why people are taking it so seriously," the pint-sized Jersey Shore star said. "I had a couple cocktails and they just put me in a drunk tank to sober me up. I was on the beach. It happens to the best of us, and I'm not planning on going back to jail ever again. I was a public nuisance — big deal!"

But Jersey Shore IS a big deal. The second season in Miami is enjoying record ratings while season three is currently being shot back in Jersey.

Last night after the Teen Choice Awards, Zac Efron headed over to the Hollywood Bowl to see his girlfriend Vanessa perform in her final night as Mimi, an HIV club-dancer, in RENT.

We didn't know the show encouraged audience participation, but during one Vanessa's numbers where she shook her stuff in front of the crowd, Zac leaned over and tipped her a twenty!

Zac recently said that his relationship with longtime girlfriend Vanessa is "exactly how it should be. It’s real," Efron says.

Real spicy, that is!

Ellen DeGeneres was proud to show off Greyson Chance, the first artist signed to her record label eleveneleven. The perfectly coiffed duo hung out backstage at the Teen Choice Awards.

Both were grinning from ear to ear ... celebrating their Teen Choice nominations. Ellen was nominated for "Choice Comedian" and "Choice Twit" ... and Greyson, 12, scored a nom for "Choice Web Star." Props to Ms. DeGeneres ... she won both her awards!

Fantasia Barrino was named in a lawsuit earlier this week when a North Carolina woman accused Barrino of not only having an affair with her husband but of also making a sex tape with the married man! And unfortunately for Fantasia, North Carolina is one of the few states which enforces an "alienation of affection" law, which means Fantasia could pay for her sins -- possibly to the tune of $2 million as one such "other woman" was forced to pay in 2001.

The news hit websites like Betty Confidential over the weekend, where it was reported that Barrino began having an affair with married-man Atwaun Cook, in August 2009 when they met at the T-Mobile store where he works.

His wife, Paula Cook claims the two "recorded their illicit activity."

If that's the case, sounds like the courts would have more than enough evidence!

On the skin product's website, Biebs says:

"I'm definitely someone who suffers from acne. I'm a teenage boy! ... So I use Proactiv so my face doesn't get like that. Proactiv is a great thing! My parents got acne when they were growing up. And I'm determined to keep myself clear. If I got a face full of breakouts, I would definitely feel really self-conscious and not wanna do photo shoots, not wanna be singing. Beiber is following in the footsteps of Katy Perry, Jessica Simpson and Julianne Hough who have all been Proactiv spokespeople.
