Brooklyn, who says she's a size 4, is gracing the September cover of Women's Health.

The 5'9" SI beauty, who refuses to starve herself, tells the mag:

“Oddly enough, [after I gave up juice fasting to stay skinny] more people wanted to work with me. I have a curvy body. I have boobs. I’m a size 4. In modeling, that’s often too big.”

Decker, 23, admits that her one vice is coffee. Doesn't look like the java is doing her body any harm. Drink up, Brooklyn!

Andy is one lucky man.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are both no strangers to reality television (He's hosting The Sing-Off while she's the host of True Beauty) -- but would the longtime couple consider joining forces in a Newlyweds-style show?

“There’s nothing in the works right now,” Nick told OK. “I think it would pose a unique set of challenges. I guess the positive is that I’m actually familiar with those challenges. The negative would be I’m also familiar with those challenges. It’s hard to say never to anything. You never know.”

Laurence Fishburne is not happy with his daughter Montana's decision to star in a Vivid Entertainment XXX film ... so much so that his friends rallied together in an attempt to stop its release.

Charlie Sheen's high-powered attorney, Yale Galanter, went to Vivid's head honcho Steve Hirsch on "behalf of good friends of Laurence Fishburne" ... with an offer to keep the company from distributing Montana's, aka Chippy D's, pornographic film.

However, according to Hirsch, the attempt came too late. Hirsch released the following statement to X17online:

"It’s true that we had several conversations with Mr. Galanter and we appreciate his and his client’s concern for Montana. We would have stopped shipment but it was too late. We continue to have the utmost respect for all involved."

Montana, 19, recently told People, "Being in an adult film is not a big deal to me. It's something I always wanted to do. I have always been comfortable in my body and with my sexuality."

David Arquette left Voyeur Nightclub speaking his mind and throwing a few F-Bombs at those who don't support gay marriage. David definitely has a way with words. Wonder if his wife Courteney Cox feels the same way?

We can't help but notice Mr. Arquette's shirt is soaking wet. Either the A/C wasn't working very well ... or he parties like a rockstar. We think we know the answer.

Last night Jesse James' former mistress Michelle "Bombshell" McGee learned that the hard way when she and her girlfriends were turned away from the door at the hip Hollywood club.

Guess there's more than one way to get screwed in LA.

Kourtney Kardashian's baby daddy, Scott Disick, who had a violent outburst on this week's Kourtney And Khloe Take Miami, apparently checked himself into rehab following the wall-punching event.

"Scott received outpatient rehab treatment and counseling for alcohol use and psychological issues after his Miami outburst," a source confirmed to E! News. "He's still being treated."

That must be great news for Kourtney and her family, who have witnessed more than one occasion of Scott's bad behavior.

But Scott was very reluctant to enter a treatment center suggested by Kris Jenner in a clip from the upcoming episode. In fact, he can even be seen throwing away the pamphlets of "retreats" she brought him to look over.

Luckily for everyone, it seems like he had a change of heart.
