But where's her hunky beau Eli Roth? The actor-director was missing in action last night! Peaches Geldof stepped out in Hollywood - donning a super silky black robe - without her main man; instead, she had a magazine to entertain her. Mmkay. We're missing Eli already! Think they'll seriously get hitched?

Justin Bieber is showing that he's more than just a pretty face ... with pretty hair. The 16-year-old pop star is expanding his talents with a guest spot on CSI.
The young performer scored major points on set with CSI's executive producer, Carol Mendelsohn. The EP had this say about young Biebs:
“He did a really good job. Is he a good kid stuck in a bad situation or is he a bad kid hiding behind the cutes? He’s caught in the middle.â€Â

This summer, "David Arquette Presents: Beacher’s Madhouse" will be coming to the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, and the five-year, projected 25 million-dollar deal sounds like it will be one heck of a show!
Jeff tells X17online, “Beacher’s Madhouse will be the hottest, sexiest, most entertaining show, that feels like the greatest party anyone in Los Angeles has ever been to. I’m thrilled to be in partnership with David Arquette, and to be bringing the Madhouse to The legendary Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel!" His parter is just as enthusiastic about the production, and Arquette said in a statement, “Since before I can remember, putting on an extravaganza like Beacher’s Madhouse has been a dream of mine. Now that I have met the creative and gifted Jeff Beacher, this dream is about to become a wild mind-blowing reality at the Roosevelt Hotel in glamorous Hollywood, California.â€Â
Slated to open in Fall 2010, Beacher’s Madhouse will be permanently located within the Roosevelt, hosting shows Wednesday through Saturday 10pm-2am. We're sure that the charming playboy known as Mr. Las Vegas will be changing that title to Mr. Los Angeles in no time...

Something interesting always happens on The View! Jake Pavelka was on the all-lady talk show this morning to talk about him and Vienna and their messy breakup, but he also confirmed to everyone that he's not gay: "No, no," Jake said.
And then he proceeded to tell co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck how attractive she is! WTF? I guess that proves it!

Last night Khloe Kardashian and hubby Lamar Odom dined at Katsuya in Hollywood, and the happy couple couldn't stop giggling as photogs snapped away. We know they're working on a unisex fragrance, but how long until there's a bun in the oven?

Uh, good to know!
We love Drew Barrymore when she talks about anything... even phone sex! The 35-year-old blonde beauty graces the cover of Marie Claire UK's September issue and talks about, what else, getting sexy on the phone:
"Oh, I’ve had successful phone sex - it can work. I think it’s f***ing weird - it’s super weird. I totally tried it, though, with a little success at one point in my life, but it was just a thing you try, like wearing orange for a while. I don’t think it’s something I could live my life with. What makes me happy right now is something very tangible and that’s the people I know that I really, really like and love and get such a sense of happiness from. My tribe."
Oh, Drew. "Like wearing orange for a while" - loves it!

After being accused of sexual harassment by two women who worked on his Joaquin Phoenix documentary, Casey Affleck's associate producer Nicole Acacio is sticking up for him.
"I never saw anything out of the ordinary either on or off set, and certainly nothing like what they described in [these lawsuits]," Acacio, tells the NY Post. "The real Casey isn't the one who was described in these suits. Nothing I've ever witnessed would lead me to think he could ever do anything like that. These lawsuits are contrary to everything that I personally know about Casey."
Producer Amanda White claimed the actor/producer made "uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace," and cinematographer Magdalena Gorka alleges that while filming the documentary, Affleck climbed into bed with her and groped her while she was sleeping. Affleck's lawyer has strongly denied the accusations made by both of these women, who are also seeking payment for their time spent on the film.

Victory for McSteamy and his wife! Sort of.
Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart filed a lawsuit last September against Gawker's Defamer blog - as well as its sister site Fleshbot - for showing a "naked tape" of the couple and the couple's friend Kari Ann Peniche involved in a series of private acts. The footage was viewed more than 4 million times over the course of the year.
Now Dane and Gayheart have dropped their $1 million suit, the homemade vid has been taken down and the couple received a settlement in the low six figures from Gawker, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
That being said, everyone's already seen the footage! Dane and Gayheart have repeatedly cited copyright infringement, but Gawker insists their use of the tape was fair game. Read what Gawker COO Gaby Darbyshire said in a statement below:
"Although we are confident that our use of the video on Gawker was protected fair use, because the posts already had been available to our readers for nearly a year, and because we already had won an important decision from the court striking large parts of the plaintiffs' damages claims, we agreed to remove the posts as part of a global settlement to avoid the burden of further litigation."
