After boldly stating in the September issue of Harper's Bazaar that she feels breastfeeding "should be a worldwide law", Gisele Bundchen has issued a statement to the many women who got their panties bras in a bunch over the hot topic.

Gisele posted the following message on her blog:

"My intention in making a comment about the importance of breastfeeding has nothing to do with the law. It comes from my passion and beliefs about children. Becoming a new mom has brought a lot of questions, I feel like I am in a constant search for answers on what might be the best for my child. It’s unfortunate that in an interview sometimes things can seem so black and white. I am sure if I would just be sitting talking about my experiences with other mothers, we would just be sharing opinions. I understand that everyone has their own experience and opinions and I am not here to judge. I believe that bringing a life into this world is the single most important thing a person can undertake and it can also be the most challenging. I think as mothers we are all just trying our best."

Gisele had her first child with hubby Tom Brady back in December, and she credits breastfeeding to getting her model body back in shape for photo shoots just months after she gave birth.

Heidi Klum indulged in a little ice cream cone in sunny St. Tropez yesterday, where she's enjoying a holiday with her family.

Heidi and Seal took Leni, Henry, Johan and Lou for a walk down the promenade before the big kids took a ride on the merry-go-round, while little Lou watched from daddy's lap.

Heidi is currently on a break from shooting the newest season of Project Runway in New York.

John Mayer can play just about anything, but we're not sure if he mastered Katy Perry's California Gurls.

The cute crooner grabbed his guitar while visiting radio station Q102 in Philadelphia ... and attempted to strum Perry's poppy summer anthem.

George Clooney's main woman, Italian Beauty Elisabetta Canalis, is finally speaking out about her romance with America's hottest bachelor, and the "jealous" haters who try to bring her down.

"There are some people who just don't want to see me happy," Canalis tells Italian Vanity Fair. "I am happy like I was when I was 18 years old. Those who criticize or invent stories about us are just jealous," she says.

As for how her relationship with the man who has said he will never marry is going, Canalis said Clooney is "the person thanks to which my life has regained color. I feel good, I feel light." She also says she feels loved and pampered "Like I have never been before."

So although Clooney may not be interested in being a good husband, sounds like he makes a great boyfriend!

Last night Mark Wahlberg, Eva Mendes and Will Ferrell attended the NYC premiere of The Other Guys, and we're not loving those extra flaps of fabric on her frock, but at least she had some fun and sexy accessories in the form of her co-stars!

Eva plays Will's smokin' hot wife in the film, but Marky Mark is most definitely the main reason we're going to go see this!

Jennifer Lopez graces the cover of the latest issue of Glamour mag, and not only does the 41-year-old actress/singer/hot mama looks amazing on the glossy, but her interview had us laughing, thinking and telling ourselves once again that this is a gal we'd love to sit down and have coffee with.

When asked why her new album was titled Love? rather than Love, Jennifer said, "For me, love is the never-ending question. It is confusing. It is the answer, but it is also inundated with contradictions and complications. It’s about years of experience in different relationships, and kind of the culmination of that, and how even to this day, I’m still learning."

J. Lo also talks about losing the baby weight, and she told the mag, "You’re not going to get slim in six weeks. For me, it’s been back and forth. Now, two years later, I feel really back to normal." Good to see she has a refreshingly normal view on that! So what is the superstar like in real life? "I like to maintain a certain sense of fantasy in my life," she says. "I am kind of like that at home. Do I have the full hair and makeup? No. But I might have the nice dress on."

Last night Ke$ha attended and performed at the Casio Shock The World event at The Manhattan Center in NYC, and the pop star has just been announced as one of the new brand ambassadors for Casio. K money will be the face of the company's Baby-G ladies watches, and she will also will design two timepieces for them.

Ke$ha has also debuted her new music vid for "Take It Off," and if you liked her blue lipstick in the pic above, there's plenty of color in this hot mess of a video!
