Michael Lohan believes "100%" that his daughter Lindsay will request that he comes to visit her while she's at UCLA Medical Center.

Lohan opened up to Mojo In The Morning radio show about his thoughts on Lindsay heading straight to UCLA, his concern regarding her prescription drug use and his thoughts on Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley.

Lohan says, "I didn't expect it to be UCLA Medical Center which is a lock down facility ... it's like being in jail again ... but you know what, whatever she needs to get better."

He goes on to say, "This is more of a therapeutic environment ... She's gonna get off all the drugs she's on and that's the most important thing. She may not like that now, but at the end of the day, she'll be very, very happy."

X17online contacted Shawn Chapman Holley over the weekend regarding reports that Lindsay will be treated for meth addiction. Holley exclusively told X17online, "I have never received any information from any source which asserts that Ms. Lohan uses methamphetamine or that it is her 'drug of choice'.

In response to Holley's remark, Lohan told the radio show, "Her lawyer's a total idiot."

Ellen DeGeneres quit, Jennifer Lopez has signed on to replace her and now Aerosmith's Steven Tyler has basically confirmed that he's going to be on the show as well!

Poor Kara DioGuardi - Randy Jackson will remain, but she's getting fired in the shuffle. Oh well!

And now at a Las Vegas concert on Saturday, Steven Tyler told the crowd: "[I'm] probably going to be a judge on American Idol. I'm doing it. What do you think? I'm doing it."

Mel Gibson's ex Oksana Grigorieva is apparently in talks to appear on Dancing With the Stars.

Oksana, who's currently embroiled in an intense war with Mel over the custody of their young daugther Lucia, 7 months, that has turned into accusations of assault and extortion, is said to have been close to a deal to appear on the hit ABC show.

Apparently the talks were masterminded by Grigorieva's former publicist, Howard Bragman, according to Radar, which would not only provide her with a nice chunk of change, but a potential boost to her image.

“Oksana has left on the table a potential appearance on Dancing With The Stars,” a source close to the negotiations said. “It would have given her a lot of money, not violated the gag order and promoted her as a talented musician, all while softening her public image in front of more than 40 million viewers each week.”

It remains to be seen if Oksana will go through with the deal.

In other Oksana news, text messages sent by Mel the night after their alleged fight were recently leaked.

"I'm drowning in self doubt and depression. And pure rage," one of them read.

Trying to strengthen her abuse claim against him, Oksana is also claiming she witnessed Mel hit his son Tommy, and alleges that Gibson also abused ex-wife Robyn during their 29-year marriage.

With Mama Madonna off shooting her new film W.E. outside of Paris, her four kids (wow, four!) Lourdes, Rocco, David and Mercy headed to a Parisian amusement park at the Tuileries gardens.

Accompanied by a nanny and bodyguard, bien sur, the older kids, Lourdes (with groomed eyebrows), a gal pal and Rocco, took off for the roller coasters while David and Mercy rode the bumper cars.

I guess Lourdes IS a teenager now, but she's looking more and more like a young adult everyday -- Madonna must be so proud of her not-so-little girl.

James Van Der Beek and his pregnant girlfriend Kimberly Brook tied the knot over the weekend, and rather than releasing a formal statement on the nuptials, the former Dawson's Creek star tweeted the news on Sunday: "Best day of my life so far ... The woman I love did me the honor of became my wife today ... I look forward to earning her for the rest of my life."

In March Van Der Beek reached a divorce settlement with his former wife Heather Ann McComb, and in April it was announced that he and Brook were expecting their first child together.

Back in January 2008, Britney Spears was taken to UCLA Medical Center's Stewart and Lynda Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital and held on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold.

Mariah Carey admitted herself to the same unit of UCLA Medical Center in September 2001 after suffering an emotional breakdown.

X17online's calls to UCLA Medical Center were met with the response that they cannot confirm whether Lindsay is even there, nor can they comment on the drug and alcohol programs they offer (odd).

But with a simple online search, it's apparent that UCLA doesn't appear to offer a specific drug and alcohol treatment program but only general psychiatric treatment through the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital. Their inpatient therapy "provides comprehensive care for patients with psychiatric illness ages 18 and over," according to the site. The site goes on to explain:

The Division of Adult Psychiatry encompasses comprehensive programs for clinical research, teaching, and treatment for adults suffering from psychiatric illness. The Division consists of four sections: Anxiety and Trauma, Mood Disorders, Schizophrenia, and Behavioral Medicine. Each of these sections provides an integrated program, combining state-of-the-art care for patients with cutting-edge research aimed at the development of enhanced treatment strategies.

Could Lindsay's issues go beyond just drugs and/or alcohol abuse? Her father has mentioned time and again the prescription drugs Lindsay has been taking. Were these prescribed for psychological issues or are the prescription meds the problem themselves?

British comedian Russell Brand was involved in a car crash in New York City, but thankfully he didn't sustain any major injuries.

The actor, who is in NYC filming his latest movie Arthur, had just left the set in a new $238,000 Lamborghini Superleggera when it was hit by a large truck, according to the Daily Mirror. Russell's ride had $9,500 worth of damage, and witnesses told the tabloid that Russell was trapped in the passenger seat and had to climb out of the driver's side.

"The whole incident was pretty terrifying," a source tells the Mirror. "Russell was very shaken. He refused to go to [the emergency room] despite severe bruising on his arm and cuts. He's gutted, as he'd only just taken loan of the car."

Michael Lohan is relieved that his daughter Lindsay has been taken to UCLA Medical Center to be treated for her addictions. However, Lohan says the hospital must focus on Lindsay's prescription drug addiction.

Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"Yes, UCLA can work ... as long as they get her off ALL the prescriptions and don't add ANY. Plus, if they don't make family therapy mandatory, it's useless."

Lindsay's dad approves with how Shawn Chapman Holley is guiding his daughter, but he doesn't feel the same way about his ex-wife Dina.

Not hiding his feelings for his ex, Lohan adds:

"If Dina doesn't get on board with me and mend fences, she will be the one person who will continue to destroy Lindsay. She has to stop thinking about making money."

Michael Lohan, along with his lawyer Lisa Bloom, have launched their own investigation into the doctors who have been prescribing medications to Lindsay.
