Justin Bieber is set to release a memoir of his short rise to fame at the age of just 16.

The book, titled, Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever: My Story, apparently is NOT a short story, but a collection of behind-the-scenes stories and photos of his rise to tween fan favorite, according to USA Today.

The book debuts in October, so Bieber fans will have to wait a few more months before they can geek out on his life story!

Sometimes you just don't know what to believe when it comes to Spencer Pratt's tweets, but since The Hills fully admits that what you see on the show is not always the truth, we're inclined to think there's some truth to Spencer's recent admission that he and Heidi split years ago and married only for ratings!

This weekend Spencer tweeted, "This whole time I have really been married? I thought we did that for ratings?"

He went on to claim, "Heidi left me seasons ago!"

Spencer also says, "I miss the sound stage. @mtv I need my script back. Don't know how to live without producers guiding my storyline. I am lost without @mtv!"

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale took their two little boys to the beach yesterday, where the family of four seemed to have a great time frolicking in the sand.

Although mom and dad made sure to stay dry and warm, Kingston and his little brother Zuma braved the waves and the slightly chilly Malibu weather to have some fun in the sand.

Later, the foursome went to Sunday dinner at Tra di Noi. What a great ending to a beautiful weekend!

Now that Lindsay Lohan is officially out of jail, the 24-year-old actress has checked into UCLA Medical Center where she'll be evaluated for psychiatric and drug problems.

Here's video of her black SUV headed for UCLA Medical Center where she is to complete in-patient rehabilitation and psychiatric programs. In order to throw off the media, however, Lohan's security detail sent a second black SUV from Lynwood Correctional Facility to Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach -- a rehab believed to be where she was going. The driver went so far as to call police to call off paparazzi from following the decoy.

As for why UCLA Medical Center was ultimately chosen ...reports claim that it was Lilo's doctors who requested that she be checked into the facility.

Yesterday Avril Lavigne hit the beach with some pals, and not only did she have a nip slip, but we caught her acting awfully flirty with a beefy guy who was most definitely NOT her boyfriend Brody Jenner!

Lindsay Lohan was released from Lynnwood Detention Center just outside of LA early this morning at 1:30am PT. She exited not from the usual front or back door but from an unknown location.

A spokesperson for the correctional facility made a brief statement after her exit, simply confirming Lohan's release.

X17 photographers are following Lindsay's two-car caravan right now, as Lindsay is expected to check into a drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility immediately. Reports have claimed Lohan would seek treatment at UCLA Medical Center but so far the SUVs don't appear to be en route to Westwood.
