LA Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore previously said Lindsay COULD be getting out of the Lynwood Correctional Facility as early as this morning, but now it appears as though it won't be happening until later tonight or early this week.

Immediately after her release, the actress has been ordered to go to rehab at Morningside Recovery in Orange County. If Lilo violates any rules, it's being reported that Judge Revel will be notified, and she could put Lindsay back in jail for violating her probation, which is in effect until August 2011.

Shawn Chapman Holley is speaking out regarding reports claiming that her client, Lindsay Lohan, will be treated for an addiction to methamphetamine once she's released from Lynwood Correctional Facility.

Holley tells X17online exclusively:

"I have never received any information from any source which asserts that Ms. Lohan uses methamphetamine or that it is her 'drug of choice'. This is yet another provocative--yet totally false--story."

Michael Lohan tells X17online that "Adderall is meth." Although Lindsay reportedly takes Adderall as one of her prescription drugs, medical experts claim that Adderall is an amphetamine ... which is not the same as methamphetamine. However, similar to meth, Adderall can become addictive if not prescribed properly.

Once she's released from jail, Lindsay is expected to be treated for her various addictions at Morningside Recovery in Newport Beach...a pricey and plush rehab facility with some apartments overlooking the ocean. As for when Lilo will be released from Lynwood, Shawn Chapman Holley had no comment.

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner took a break from shooting movies and took their daughters to the park in Santa Monica yesterday, and they both appeared to be loving the family time. Violet had soccer practice, and while Seraphina isn't enough enough to play sports just yet, she seemed quite enraptured by the ball being kicked around the field. Of course, we're quite enraptured by hot daddy Ben...where has Jen been hiding him?!

Yesterday we snapped Gwen Stefani, Gavin Rossdale and their darling boys Zuma and Kingston en route to their grandma's house in LA, and we're melting over these shots of the oh so perfect family. It looks like Kingston was supposed to stick with his daddy, but he just couldn't resist tagging along with mom and baby Z...

Alicia Keys has wed her longtime beau Swizz Beatz, her rep has confirmed.

The couple announced their engagement in late May, and they also surprised fans by revealing that the Grammy winning singer was pregnant.

Their wedding was held at a private home on the Mediterranean Sea, and Keys wore an ivory Vera Wang gown with jewel detail on the back shoulder. She carried a bouquet of purple calla lilies, and Dr. Deepak Chopra presided over the ceremony.

Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton and her investment banker boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky were married last night at the Astor family palace in Rhinebeck, New York. Around 400 guests attended the lavish ceremony, and it was conducted by Rabbi James Ponet and Reverend William Shillady. The bride wore Vera Wang, and family and friends read the Seven Blessings after the newlyweds read their vows and exchanged rings.

Former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton released the following statement:

"Today, we watched with great pride and overwhelming emotion as Chelsea and Marc wed in a beautiful ceremony at Astor Courts, surrounded by family and their close friends. We could not have asked for a more perfect day to celebrate the beginning of their life together, and we are so happy to welcome Marc into our family.
