Marion Cotillard looked as if she needed a kick to wake up from her dream on the set of her new film, Midnight in Paris, from Woody Allen.
Cotillard is currently starring as Mal (yep, that's how it's spelled!) in the smash hit Inception, where she plays a woman who questions dreams vs. reality.
It looked like she was dreaming last night as she was on set -- wake up, girl!

Will the hatred never end? You'd think celebs would be more cautious now after the latest Mel Gibson scandal!
Hollywood director Oliver Stone was asked by the Sunday Times in the UK why there was "such a focus on the Holocaust" and this is what he had to say:
"The Jewish domination of the media. They stay on top of every comment, the most powerful lobby in Washington. Israel has f***ed up United States foreign policy for years."
Ouch! Not as verbally intense as any of Gibson's rants, but still - Stone has always been the king of controversy.
The director did, however, apologize immediately. "In trying to make a broader historical point about the range of atrocities the Germans committed against many people, I made a clumsy association about the Holocaust, for which I am sorry and I regret," Stone said in a statement.
But that didn't stop the criticism from the Anti-Defamation League and the American Jewish Committee, to name a few. In fact, the AJC exec director David Harris called Stone's remark "no different from one of the drunken, Jew-hating rants of his fellow Hollywood celebrity, Mel Gibson."

Lady Gaga may be a mega-superstar, but while on tour in Dallas, she made a quick stop at The Round-Up Saloon ... a Texas gay western bar where she used to perform before making it big.
The bar's owners tell thecount.com that Gaga's song Boys, Boys, Boys was written with Round-Up in mind.
Gaga performed at the saloon back in the summer of 2008, and after looking at these pics, she still fits right in. Check out the belt buckle the cowboys gave her.

Fugee member Wyclef Jean is said to be eyeing a bid to become the next president of Haiti. But Jean, who is already the ambassador-at-large to the Caribbean island where he was born, has not yet made a decision if he'll throw his hat into the ring for the 2010 elections.
In an e-mail to reporters, the Jean family said, "Wyclef’s commitment to his homeland and its youth is boundless, and he will remain its greatest supporter regardless of whether he is part of the government moving forward … If and when a decision is made, media will be alerted immediately."
But if he does decide to run, he'll probably have to endure even more questions about the amount of money paid to him by his own Yele Haiti foundation for promotional appearance in the country to raise money for the earthquake victims.

Uh-oh! This not good news for Lindsay's camp.
Despite the fact that LiLo's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley hoped her client would be freed from the clink by the end of this week, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore claims this won't happen:
"Nothing has changed. When she was incarcerated I said a couple of weeks and it hasn't been a couple of weeks. That turns out to be the first part of next week. It could be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, something like that."
Sounds like Linds won't be out of jail for a bit longer! Think she deserves to be incarcerated for this long?
Either way, the troubled starlet must be pretty pissed to learn this!

Here's yet another promo shot for Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" single, and we're kinda over the blue wig, but the multicolored latex bikini makes it worth it! We've already gotten a glimpse at what her music video is going to look like, so we can't wait to see the finished product!

Marc Jacobs recently called it quits with his long term boyfriend-turned-fiance Lorenzo Martone, but after only two months, Martone is moving on -- with 'N Syncer Lance Bass!
The two apparently met while Martone was still with Jacobs -- but according to the NY Daily News they didn't *officially* hook up until Marc and Lorenzo were dunzo.
The two were first spotted gettin' flirty at The Soho house in NYC on June 6th, but since then, they've been out on several dates in the city says a source!
But before you think this may lead to something serious, not so, says a Lance pal.
"Lorenzo is trying to make it more than it is," and Lance is just "not that interested." Plus, Lance, who's 31, prefers to get with guys who are "younger and prettier" than the 31-year-old Martone.
