Ok, we've known for awhile now that Chuck (played by Ed Westwick) didn't really die at the end of the last season, unless this is some really elaborate dream sequence.

Erin Andrews isn't just content with a guilty plea from the man who secretly shot her in the nude at several hotels, now she's suing the hotels for $1.2 million for allegedly giving the stalker her room number in the first place!

Andrews filed suit yesterday against 10 different hotel corporations (as well as Michael David Barrett, who was sentenced to 2 1/2 years for interstate stalking) for "severe and permanent emotional distress," reports the AP.

After filing the suit, Erin went out to celebrate! She hit up Katsuya with her BFF, fellow DWTS finalist Evan Lysacek.

Tracy Morgan is never one to shy away from controversy ... or at least poke fun at it!

The comedian visited The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and cracked a few jokes at Mel Gibson's expense.

Morgan jokingly tells Leno:

"Calling women b**ches and using the N-word ... That ain’t nothing but hip-hop. He stole that concept from Lil’ Wayne.”

She's already starred in Mamma Mia, but now Meryl Streep may be appearing in a new film called Mommy & Me directed by The Devil Wears Prada co-star Stanley Tucci -- with Tina Fey playing her daughter!

Although the title is still tentative, the project would team two of the funniest female performers today (yep, Streep's a comedienne!) onscreen.

There's no script yet, reports the LA Times, but would you pass up the chance to see Streep and Fey play mother and daughter?

I mean, no offense to Amanda Seyfried, but I think they'd make a much better mother/daughter team!

Karissa Shannon, former star of Girls Next Door, hit up Voyeur in West Hollywood with her boyfriend, actor Sam Jones III.

Watching a Playmate wolf down a bag of Lays isn't exactly the sexiest visual, but props to Miss Shannon for showing us that even bunnies indulge in junk food once in while.

Karissa and twin sister Kristina will be starring alongside Jayde Nicole in a reality show special called The Bunny House ... in which the Playmates will show how they're living their lives post-mansion. The E! special is already in the can, and if viewers tune in when it airs in early August, sources close to the project tell us that the cable network could possibly make it into a series.

George Clooney is used to charming a crowd, but this time it happened inside an Italian courtroom where he testified against three Italians who are accused of fraudulently using his name and image to promote a fashion line.

Looking as dapper as the movie star he is, Clooney caused a scene outside of the Milan courtroom, where fans shouted his name and clamored to get a pic.

The three Italians are charged with fraud, forgery and possession of stolen goods, after the defendants photoshopped pix of George and forged his signature on documents in an attempt to sell their fashion line.

Clooney kept his cool on the stand, even cracking a few jokes, according to the AP. "This is the first time I've ever seen him," Clooney said, when shown a picture of the only defendant in attendance, adding "So I'd like to say hello, nice to meet you."

The case dates back to 2006, when Clooney first realized that someone was doctoring photos of him.

Christina Milian's soon-to-be ex-husband The-Dream is speaking out the heartache he went through during their recent split.

"I've cried about this for months, after interviews, after prayer and I've tried to take my own life at a point because of the failure that was looming," he wrote in a shameless cry for sympathy on his website under the heading "In My Own Words."

Although The-Dream contends that their marriage of less than a year was over long before the scandalous photos of him groping his former assistant surfaced, he's taken a lot of heat for moving on so soon after the wedding and birth of their child.

"I take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for misleading everyone into thinking everything was fine and okay when we knew problems existed for awhile! I wanted to speak up but we decided it wasn't for anyone to know. I would NEVER intentionally hurt a soul and everyone around me knows that! There was so much going on in me and Christina's personal world that I tried to deal with it as delicately as I could and tried to regain my footing," he wrote.

As for the reason for the split? "I am Human and people fall in and out of Love all the time... This is Life. Nothing’s promised or perfect, neither am I. I am not proud that I lost something we once had...LOVE!"
