Kelsey Grammer is sounding off regarding reports that claim a he was caught making out with another woman while still married, as well as reports that a Father's Day incident led to the breakup of his marriage.

On his website, Grammer says:

“When faced with malicious and unfounded rumors, I will defend myself. Some comments have surfaced about Father’s Day. I don’t know who is generating them but the truth is that I did call my kids that evening.

Frankly, I was surprised that they did not call me in the morning but I was thousands of miles away and working that day so I didn’t give it a second thought. I had texted Camille that morning to wish her Dad a Happy Father’s Day. I hoped that might serve as a reminder. I love my kids and I miss them terribly.”

As for the rumor of him kissing another woman, the actor adds:

“A rumor from the ‘bottom of the barrel set’ has surfaced about me and a dirty blond at a restaurant in NYC. It was April and we were seen smooching at Five Napkin Burger. The dirty blond was my daughter Spencer, who was visiting that entire month. I do take issue with the characterization that we were smooching but surely if that were the case then even I admit it might be newsworthy in some fashion.

Certainly, the time will come when I do see another woman. I expect Camille to see other men. I hope people and the press will understand that we are both free to carry on with our lives. I ask that everyone remain discreet for the sake of our children; I will certainly do so.

Lastly, Camille and I had been discussing the possibility of a separation for some time before all this happened. She finally decided she should file,” he concluded. “I respect her for this decision. I mean her no harm. I hope to have a great partnership with her in the raising of our children. I have always been proud to be their Dad; I have always been very involved in their lives. Ask anyone that knows us.”

Grammer and his wife Camille are currently going through a divorce after 13 years of marriage.

Yesterday, we caught a surprisingly upbeat Grammer on his way into lunch in Malibu.

Adam Sandler - who turns 44 this summer - picked up some pizza and more at Cross Creek in Malibu on Monday for wife Jackie and daughter Sadie. Nothing like a little grub to keep the 4th of July holiday in full swing!

Let's just be glad he didn't start swearing again. After all, his fam was in earshot this time around!

Before slipping out of the courtroom for a lunch break around 12:05pm, Lindsay Lohan sat through the cross-examination of two employees at Right On Programs, and they told the court that not only did Lindsay miss a total of nine classes from December 15 to July 5, but she was well aware of the fact that she was required to attend on a weekly basis.

Prosecutor Danette Meyers pointed out that by the court's order, the only reason Lindsay was allowed to miss a class was due to a stay in rehab, and Beryl Washington, the office manager at Right On Programs said she relayed that information to Lindsay on December 16 when she came for class. Washington added that she told the co-owners of the program, and she made a note in Lohan's file, so everyone was clear that Lindsay was violating a court order by skipping out on her classes.

Cheryl Marshall, the co-owner of Right on Programs acknowledged the court order, but she tried to wiggle out of the responsibility by stating that because they didn't have a paper copy of a order, she didn't assume she was supposed to enforce it. Marshall leafed through Lindsay's records with Meyers and admitted that Lindsay missed nine classes, and though she came for some make up sessions, she did not notify the court of the absences. Though Marshall did note these absences in the progress reports a few times over the past 6 months, her failure to notify the court doesn't exactly put her in the best place either, as Revel may argue that she was disregarding a court order.

Marshall added that Lindsay provided a wide variety of excuses over the past few months, ranging from being on a 3 week leave of absence to the death of her uncle. Meyers was quick to point out that Lindsay didn't bother attending her uncle's funeral, and even though there were a handful of makeup sessions, it does not appear as though they cover all of Lindsay's missed dates, but we'll know more when the court returns from their lunch break at 1:30.

Even though Lindsay's SCRAM and blood alcohol level of .03 isn't a factor at today's hearing, things aren't looking good for Lilo!

Former Playboy "model" turned reality star mom Kendra Wilkinson is promoting her new book Sliding into Home on the Today show this morning and, as usual, talked about her past as a drug-addicted stripper.

But Kendra clarifies: "I wasn't a druggie stripper. I was a very good person while doing it! But I was kind of still embarrassed about it."

Huh? Oh, Kendra! We're just glad you got your life together and are now just a regular mom with a hit TV show and sure-to-be-successful book out!

Gregory Michael, the man The Bachelor's Jake Pavelka accused his fiancee Vienna Girardi of cheating on him with says that she lied when she claimed there was nothing going on between them!

"We definitely made out that weekend and Vienna made it very clear that it was over between her and Jake," Greek star Gregory Michael told Us.

Last night on the heated Bachelor special, Vienna claimed there was "nothing" between them, that she "hardly knew him" and they barely danced for more than "nine seconds" in a group at an event.

"I wouldn't say we danced for a few seconds. We did dance as a group all night. We also danced alone for parts of the evening," Michael reveals.

But at least one thing Vienna said was true: "At the time the interview was conducted, we hardly knew each other," Gregory said.

But he's not just calling Vienna out for being a liar -- he also says Jake lied when Gregory claimed "on record" that Vienna cheated.

"I never said she cheated," Michael said. "I said we hooked up and she said they were broken up. I would never do that if she was in a relationship."

I guess there's a new "he said" thrown into the he said-she said Bachelor breakup!

But Gregory Michael wasn't the only one surprised by the lies Vienna spewed that night.

A source on the set of the Bachelor special told X17online exclusively that Jake was totally blindsided by the whole thing:

"Jake found out about all the lies she had told him literally 5 minutes before he had walked onto that set. In fact, he had flown in and went directly to the set of the breakup special, and one of the producers was laying on him all of the things she had told the tabloids. All of this just minutes before cameras started rolling for the Jake and Vienna special."

Sounds like Vienna may be in trouble now that it's two against one!
