Tori Spelling smiled as she took her two kids, Liam and Stella, through the McDonald's drive-thru yesterday on the way to visit her injured husband Dean McDermott in the hospital.

Dean's recovering in the hospital after suffering a punctured lung following a dirt bike riding incident last week. When we asked the Home Sweet Hollywood star if her hubby was done with dirt bikes for good, but she said, "It's his decision!" Although if it were me, I would ban my boy from riding again!

We hope Tori, who has been looking thinner than ever, got herself something at Brangelina's favorite fast food restaurant.

According to her Twitter, she and Dean scarfed down half of a cherry pie at the hospital yesterday. Let's just hope the hospital-bound Dean shared!

Fergie is claiming to be every man's fantasy, both "the Madonna and the whore" in the latest issue of Cosmo UK.

"You know, in Italy, Catholic boys are raised to believe there are two types of women: the Madonna and the whore ... And me? I’m both," she says, showing off her slimmed-down figure for the cover of their "body confidence issue."

Fergie also talks about what it was like to gain weight for Nine, and how Josh reacted when she took it off.

"When I came home from filming, he was excited," she told the mag. "He enjoys having both: the extra meat to grab when it’s there and the tight stomach when that’s there. He always gives me compliments."

The Madonna AND the whore, the extra meat AND the skinny minny. Looks like Fergie is a study in opposites! She also says, "You can be a mother and still completely sexy ..." Does that mean there's a little Fergita in her future? "Right now, I don’t want anything clouding my focus. Right now, I’m living in the present."

Besides, as Fergie says, even though she's completely in love with her husband Josh, who was rumored to have cheated on her with a stripper, she wasn't sure he was "the one." "At that stage of my life, I don’t think I’d have thought that about anybody. I’d made my lists of qualities that I wanted, and you can’t find out if someone has those in a week. It was learning what he was made of that made me fall in love with him," she says.

I guess for now, she'll just have to be content being both sweet and slutty!

Capitalizing on his 15 minutes of fame, Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is launching his own line of muscle-building supplements that is supposed to give users his trademark washboard abs.

Mike, who "expects to be a millionaire by the end of 2010", will debut the new line of vitamins, a pre-workout tablet called NoX Edge, in the next few weeks before the premiere of Jersey Shore 2, says Page Six.

But with rumors of steroids, not supplements, being the reason for The Situation's situation, will anyone be running out to buy the vitamins?

Though Lindsay Lohan is far from being in the clear, she does have some good news today, as Judge Marsha Revel has announced that she will not use Lindsay's SCRAM anklet going off against her in today's probation violation hearing.

The anklet detected that Lindsay's blood alcohol content had peaked at just over .03 on the night of June 6, and we have a feeling that if this was taken into consideration, Lindsay would most definitely be getting jail time as punishment.

Revel noted that while not drinking alcohol (and subsequently setting off the SCRAM bracelet) was a condition of bail, it hadn't been an original condition for probation, and in all fairness to Lindsay and her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, she wasn't going against her word. However, Lindsay's attendance and progress at Right On Programs is a factor, and missing that May 20 hearing won't help her case either.

So at this point we're thinking Lindsay won't be going to jail, but maybe Revel has already made up her mind and she's just screwing with Lindsay?

Lindsay Lohan is still being held accountable for the $17,000 worth of goodies she hasn't paid for from Church Boutique in Hollywood.

To ensure that she's held responsible for the alleged unpaid bill, Tough As Nails, the company that owns the store, served Lilo papers while she was in the Beverly Hills Courthouse this morning, according to TMZ.

The process server confronted Lindsay in the courthouse elevator, but she refused to accept the papers. The site says that the server dropped the papers at her feet, which under California Law, means that the papers have legally been served.

Lilo is being sued by Church for allegedly scamming them out of numerous items including $1,800 Ostrich Stilettos. The store claims this occured between November 2009 and February 2010.

X17online talked to Michael Lohan exclusively while on a break from court today for Lindsay's hearing.

We asked if he was concerned about his daughter's fate, to which he replied, "you know I am."

We then asked what he thought the outcome of today's hearing would be. "We'll see," he said. "I think they're bringing up a lot of good issues."

He refused to answer any other reporters' questions when he walked back into the court house.

As we previously reported, Michael has continued his crusade to get Judge Marsha Revel to send his daughter to rehab rather than jail.

Michael and his attorney, Lisa Bloom, were just denied in their request to address the court, but Judge Revel did invite him to write down and deliver any requests in writing.

Lindsay Lohan showed up to court on time this morning, and though she's now up to date on her alcohol education classes at Right On Programs, Prosecutor Danette Meyers was not happy that the program had refused to turn over documents regarding Lindsay's progress and attendance.

Judge Marsha Revel ordered Right On to turn over the necessary documents immediately, as there was no objection from Lindsay's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. Revel noted that since this was an alcohol education program and not a medical center, there was no doctor/patient privilege, and of the hundreds of people she's put in drug programs, this has never been an issue before. However, due to attorney/client privilege, it is Holley who will sort through the stack of documents and then hand them over the Meyers for review, so the court is taking a break while they do that.

Meyers also pushed for Revel to recognize that Lindsay had violated her probation by setting her SCRAM off on June 6, but Holley claims the judge assured her that it would only be considered a bail violation, and fighting it would simply result in a reduction of extra bail. Citing "economic reasons," Holley decided NOT to employ experts to fight the claim. Hmm, does that mean Lindsay's running out of money?

Meyers argued that because it was a court order Lindsay violated, this was not a bail issue but rather a probation issue, and while Revel pointed out that Meyer's claim was valid (she also noted that it was "remarkable" that Linday's SCRAM went off within two weeks of being put on), she said they would only focus on the probation violation regarding the alcohol education classes. Lindsay has not yet left the building -- she is in a room adjacent to the court with her lawyer right now, and they're expected to return within the next hour.

UPDATE:
Lindsay's little sister Ali just showed up to court around 9:48am. Is it possible that she's saying her last goodbyes before Lindsay goes to jail? Or are the girls having a Carvel ice cream party while they wait for the lawyers to go over Lindsay's Right On reports?

Michael Lohan is in court alongside his lawyer, Lisa Bloom ... hoping that his daughter Lindsay will be sent to rehab rather than face jail time. He arrived just three minutes before Lindsay!

Looks like if it's up to her dad ... Linds be wearing that SCRAM bracelet for a while longer. Lohan feels, "These restrictions appear to have benefited her. We respectfully request that those restrictions remain in full force and effect to prevent further violations." We'll see if the judge agrees with him ... or if Lilo is able to ditch the metal device for good.
