Lindsay Lohan is set to arrive any minute at the Beverly Hills courthouse, and the 24-year-old actress will find out today whether she will receive jail time for allegedly violating her probation.

The issues Judge Marsha Revel will go over this morning include Lindsay's alcohol monitoring anklet going off on June 6, her failure to show up to a previous hearing on May 20, along with her failure to complete all of her required alcohol education classes before her May 24 hearing. Lindsay has since completed the necessary classes at Right On Programs in Glendale, and we even snapped her going to one yesterday, perhaps to convince Judge Revel that she's a good girl and she doesn't need to be thrown in the slammer?

Lindsay just arrived at court at 8:17am wearing black pants, a black top and sunglasses, so it looks like she's not going to be late for her 8:30am hearing. Whew!

Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi didn't hold back last night on their mini-reunion that aired during The Bachelorette. Whew ... talk about an awkward moment in television history!

While Jake compared Vienna to a tabloid ... filled with half truths, Vienna called Jake a "fame whore" and managed to constantly interrupt him which led him to yell at her, "Stop interrupting me!" She then stormed off crying saying, "You're the meanest person I've ever met."

George Michael is having more car trouble.

Sunday he was arrested in London under suspicion of being "unfit to drive" after his Range Rover collided with a one-hour photo shop, according to the BBC.

No word on whether drugs or alcohol were involved, but George will have to return to court in August to answer the charges.

Michael was banned from driving for two years in 2007 after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of drugs.

Sounds like someone needs to hire a driver -- it's not like he can't afford it! The singer apparently commands $2.4 million dollars for an hour's work in private concerts.

Hackers got a hold of Justin Bieber's YouTube page yesterday, and they redirected the singer's fans to numerous porn sites, while also going after iTunes and Wikipedia.

Oh, and the best part? Hackers also made a pop-up that falsely claimed the 16-year-old pop phenom had died in a car crash, so as you can imagine, there were plenty of distraught teenyboppers over the weekend.

The NY Post suspects that pranksters from the 4chan bulletin board were responsible for the hack, and other reports claim they exploited a security lapse and put malicious code in Bieber's video comments section.

Earlier today Lindsay Lohan went to her court mandated alcohol education class with her sister Ali, and after that she went to Rite Aid, and later in the afternoon we caught her leaving a recording studio with a pal.

Lindsay looked fabulous as always (well, since she's been sober), but we noticed an odd mark on her left arm, and we're dying to know what it is! It looks like it could be a bruise or a massive curling iron burn, but my money is on a tanning cream experiment gone horribly wrong. Then again, if Lilo gets sentenced to a few days in jail tomorrow morning, I think it's safe to say that she's going to come back with stranger marks on her body!
