June 25th 2009 wasn't just about mourning the loss of Michael Jackson -- beloved TV icon Farrah Fawcett also passed away that day, and yesterday her former partner Ryan O'Neal and son Redmond attended a memorial in her honor.

Ryan looked a bit sad as he sipped on a mimosa, but he did seem to perk up when we spotted him chatting with his 25-year-old son. Ryan, along with Farrah's best friend Alana Stewart and several other close pals also dedicated a cancer research foundation in her name, which funds alternative cancer research and treatment methods.

I get it, I get it -- Katy Perry is promoting her new album Teenage Dream so she has to get everyone's attention, but shouldn't she save some of her big beautiful (and 100% natural) 32D boobies for her husband-to-be, Russell Brand?

Yesterday Halle Berry was spotted running errands after the gym, and the 43-year-old actress was in a great mood when photogs snapped her picture. Halle even posed for a shot with a very excited male fan, and he looked like he was about faint when she gave him a hug. Can you blame him? Even in her gym clothes, Halle is a ten!

Following the memorial service yesterday at Forest Lawn in Glendale, the Jackson family gathered at a private residence in Beverly Hills for an intimate reception to remember the life of Michael Jackson.

With Janet and Jermaine by his side, Randy Jackson spoke of the good memories that his brother Michael left behind. Inside the home ... numerous framed pictures of Michael were on display from various stages of his remarkable life.

X17online exclusively has learned that those in attendance enjoyed the music of DJ Spinderella who played various Michael Jackson songs throughout the afternoon including Rock With You and Off The Wall.

Guests munched on a number of dishes including fresh salmon, pasta and fried bananas. For dessert, a chocolate fondue bar had everything for dipping ... from marshmallows to fresh fruit.

Sounds like an incredible celebration of Michael Jackson's life ... certainly one deserving of the King of Pop!

Yesterday Britney Spears and on again boyfriend/manager Jason Trawick headed to Palm Springs for a romantic weekend getaway, but not before making a ton of stops. The duo hit up a gas station in Calabasas, then they stopped by Starbucks in the valley, and we're not sure if Britney was fiending for another frappe or what, but the two stopped by Starbucks in Glendale as well. After Jason and Brit were fully caffeinated, the pop princess ditched her flannel shirt and was all smiles as she headed in to Denny's in Pasadena.

Maybe everything's fine after all? Sometimes all you need is a little R&R!

Mischa Barton looks like she's well on her way to a comeback -- not only is she getting her body back in shape, but she posed for some fierce Phillip Plein ads that will appear in a handful of international fashion mags in the months to come.

Mischa was photographed at the James Goldstein Mansion in the Hollywood Hills, and Plein tells The Daily Mail, "Being in the limelight for a young and beautiful girl, the looks of course always get a lot of attention, Mischa got a lot and learned to live with her fame. For me it was the big challenge to again show her as a diva, a rock 'n roll goddess."

Sure, they may have been photoshopped a bit, but Mischa looks pretty good!

Paris Hilton was snapped en route to a meeting in downtown LA yesterday, and the heiress rocked a leopard dress for the occasion. So what did Miss P do after this? Why, she headed off to two more meetings, and tweeted that everything was going really well. Good to hear!

Last night Lindsay Lohan met up with her new crush Matt Lanter at Voyeur in Hollywood, and this is the third time this week the duo have hung out, so we have to wonder what's going on here!

On Monday night Lindsay dined with Lanter and several pals at Nobu, and though his rep initially denied the report, multiple sources confirmed that the 90210 cutie was with Lilo, including his pal Lucy, who tweeted all about it the next day! Oops! Lanter's rep then told X17online that he was in fact with the 23-year-old actress, but added that "they didn’t show up together or leave together or ever see one another again." Okay, we can understand why Matt would be reluctant to jump into a relationship with someone like Lindsay, but what about the next two times they hung out!?

On Tuesday night multiple sources told us the two were chatting and flirting at the Nylon mag party at the Mondrian, and though there was no evidence of PDA, Lindsay definitely looked quite enamored with the 27-year-old actor. Last night Lindsay was spotted with Lanter for the third time this week, so even if the two are just friends, Lindsay is clearly pushing for more. Matt is a regulation hottie, so we can totally understand why Lindsay would want to rub up against him with her SCRAM bracelet. Plus, Lindsay Lanter? You know she'd love to have that as her married name...

Maybe Matt just wants to be cautious because he's seen how nutty Lindsay gets with her crushes? After all, this IS the girl who tweets at random (but hot) Tudors stars and publicly vents about feuds with her lesbian lovers (no need to name names), so can you blame him for wanting to keep it low key?
