Mary-Kate And Ashley Olsen's Father Files For Bankruptcy

Posted on Fri Jun 25th, 2010 3:45pm PDT       By X17 Staff

olsentwinsdadbankrupt.jpg Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen's father David has filed for bankruptcy and is reportedly facing foreclosure on the Tarzana, California home he shares with his second wife McKenzie.

Olsen has fallen behind on house payments and he owes the bank nearly $2.2 million, and the National Enquirer reports that the couple will be forced out of the house on July 9 if they can't settle their debt. A source tells the gossip rag, "David almost lost his home in 2009 because he had several tax liens but managed to borrow enough money to cover them. But he's in a worse position now because he's behind on mortgage payments and won't be able to stop the auction unless he gets his hands on $2 million."

Think Mary-Kate and Ashley will cough up some of their millions to help their dad out? We're not sure what kind of relationship they have with their step-mom McKenzie, but now would definitely be the time for her to play nice with the twins!

Whoops! Today we snapped Tori Spelling running errands, and the former 90210 star accidentally gave photographers much more than they bargained for when she got out of her car.

Tori did a little damage control on Twitter immediately after the flash dance, writing, "just got out of car like a boy in a dress&flashed my undies. So unladylike. No problem except I look and there's 4 paparazzi crouched. Damn!"

Hey, at least she didn't pull a Britney!

Bradley Cooper filming maserati the dark fields sunglasses

The other day we snapped Renee Zellweger's leading man on the set of The Dark Fields in Puerto Vallerta, Mexico, and it looked like the actor was having a blast filming a driving scene in a sexy black Corvette.

The psychological thriller doesn't hit theaters until next March, but we can't wait to see what the Hangover hottie brings to the table -- this is certainly a departure from all the rom coms he's been doing!

X17 XCLUSIVE - EXCLUSIVE DETAILS FROM INSIDE THE MICHAEL JACKSON MEMORIAL SERVICE

Posted on Fri Jun 25th, 2010 1:55pm PDT       By X17 Staff

X17online has EXCLUSIVE details from inside the memorial service honoring the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson's death today at Forest Lawn Cemetery.

The service started about forty minutes later than planned and Michael's sister Janet was the first to arrive wearing a sleek black skirt suit with large dark glasses. She was very somber and sat in the first row in front of the tomb. She brought a bouquet of flowers and placed it near her brother's resting place.

Michael's parents Katherine and Joe were absent, of course, having spent the first anniversary of their son's death at his birthplace in Gary, Indiana. Michael's children are vacationing in Hawaii. There was no mention of them during the service.

There were about 10 - 12 rows of 3 white chairs that seated the small group. Michael's tomb was draped in white flowers with a statue of three cherubs placed in front, holding a jewel-encrusted gold crown in honor of the King of Pop. Under that stood a framed family photo leaning against the column on which the cherubs stood.

Just inside the mausoleum, in front of the white chairs, stood two large portraits of Michael on easels.

A Baptist minister and friend of the family's read from the Bible to open the service, including Corinthians 13: "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

The first family member to speak was Austin Jackson, Michael's nephew -- his sister Rebbie's son. He told the group how he grew up around such loving people, including Michael and how he was "surrounded by love" and how he "learned so much from Michael."

Jermaine Jackson spoke next, focusing on the duty of the family and of Michael's fans to "carry on the legacy."

The service lasted just under and hour and the guests proceeded down a walk carved out between ropes holding back fans outside the mausoleum at Forest Lawn. Janet, Randy, Tito and Jermaine were waving to the crowd as fans screamed to them and held signs in honor of Michael. Helicopters circled overhead and the media were held at bay on the periphery of the cemetery.

We are told the ceremony was tasteful and intimate and that there were sad moments but the overall tone was one of hope and the idea of carrying on Michael's memory for the family and for future generations of fans.

Speaking of fans ... check out these clips:

Tila Tequila skirt blonde bow dress fred segal

We're talking about her craziness AND her outfit...

Last night Tila Tequila busted out the hair bow and a short poufy number for a Fred Segal event in Hollywood, and while this getup pretty much earns an F in the style department, it could have been a whole lot worse.

But when is she going to become completely irrelevant? She's gotta do something to get our attention again! She's already faked a suicide attempt and a pregnancy, so what's next?
