They've denied it for months, but now Orlando Bloom and Miranda Kerr are finally confirming that they're engaged to be married!

Bloom's rep confirmed the happy news to X17online today.

The couple has been together since 2007. Last year, Miranda initiated the engagement rumors when she was spotted wearing a sparkly bauble on her ring finger in Cannes. Then, last June, X17online spotted them shopping for a love nest in Malibu.

No word on when the wedding is, but with a bride and groom like that, it's sure to be awfully attractive!

Last night we snapped Mischa Barton leaving the Music Box Theater in Hollywood, and she looked a bit moody after checking out the Smiths/Morrissey convention. Though the former OC starlet appears to be taking style advice from Britney Spears (the scraggly blonde hair, the dark red lipstick), you have to admit, she was still looking pretty good! Er, right?

Yes, Kombucha is being removed from various supermarket chains because of alcohol content that may not match what the label says. No, Lindsay Lohan is not the cause. Millennium Products founder G.T. Dave, creator of Synergy Kombucha, wants to clear that up.

Dave tells X17online exclusively:

"We are investigating reports of the potential for slightly elevated alcohol levels in our Kombucha products that may be occurring after the product has been bottled and has left our facility. Although our products are tested to be compliant at the time of shipping, a subsequent increase in alcohol levels could potentially cause the product to go above 0.5% causing potential labeling issues.

We are working quickly to identify the possible causes and which lot codes and/or regions are being potentially affected. Please keep in mind that this is not related to any type of food contamination, is not a recall, had NOTHING to do with Lindsay Lohan and that you can still find our products at certain retailers. We are trying our best to get our product back on the shelves of every store. Until that happens, you can check the store locator featured on our website for further information on these retailers."

X17online had learned that Whole Foods and Bristol Farms were removing Kombucha from their stores with one employee telling us exclusively why this was happening:

"It may have more alcohol than what is listed on the label. As a precaution, all of our stores have taken the product out of the store refrigerators. But we're not supposed to notify customers as to why exactly we're not carrying Kombucha at the moment."

The timing for this investigation seems a bit more than just coincidence...with Lindsay carrying around Kombucha known to have a higher level of alcohol than the label's .05 disclaimer ... then the SCRAM device going off due to her .03 to .04 blood alcohol level.

We still wouldn't put it past Lilo to chug her Kombucha like it's going out of style ... but we'll reserve judgement for now.

Angelina Jolie has spent the better part of her week in South America and Haiti, highlighting the work the UNHCR has done in the regions helping refugees on World Refugee Day.

"Hello everyone," Angelina says smiling from Ecaudor. "I was in this region about eight years ago. At the time, there were about 300 registered refugees. Today, there are over 50,000 registered and 100,000 identified...That's in part due to the UNHCR field officers who have been coming deep into the jungle, identifying and finding families," she said, with a twinge of a Madonna accent.

In addition to her trip to Ecuador to visit Colombian refugees, Angelina also traveled to Haiti over the weekend, to meet with President Rene Preval on Saturday to discuss the conditions for children who were affected by that country's devastating earthquake.

There's not doubt Angelina's stardom brings attention to the plight of refugees and her work for the UNHCR has been positive for the agency. But do you think her role as ambassador helps HER? Are th public that has been so critical of her and her relationship with Brad Pitt; the unofficial biographers coming out of the woodwork with negative stories about the actress-philanthropist; and the media who harp on her every misstep influenced by her work with the UN or could they care less?

Instead of the standard bbq for dad's day, the Kardashians opted to celebrate in style, taking Bruce Jenner and Lamar Odom to BOA for Father's Day.

Noticeably absent: Kourtney's baby-daddy Scott, who celebrated his first father's day as a new dad to little Mason. Kourtney opted to take the first-time father on a trip to Cabo rather than spend it with the family! But even with the intimidating facade, Gaga admits that she has her own self-confidence issues. "When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl," she told the mag. "Then I say, 'Bitch, you're Lady GaGa, you get up and and walk the walk today.'"
