Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt may be divorced, but looks like they're sharing custody of their facialist!

Yesterday Aniston headed to a well-known spa in Beverly Hills, where her ex, Brad, also goes to get some work done.

If they're not intentionally meeting up there for a secret rendez-vous, could make for an awkward run-in in the waiting room!

Ryan Phillippe charged a photographer outside of Dan Tana's, yelling "I will knock you out" after the guy tried to take some pictures of Reese Witherspoon's ex-husband in front of the restaurant.

After her SCRAM bracelet sent an "alcohol-related" alert to officials, ultimately leading to a judge raising her bail to $200,000 and issuing a bench warrant for her arrest, Lindsay Lohan submitted to an alcohol test, which came out negative, according to her attorney.

"They did a urinalysis through Medtox labs and it was indicated conclusively that there was no alcohol in her system at that time," says a source with knowledge of the test results," Lohan's attorney told E! News. "She was ordered to go right in and today just got report back and it was negative."

Yesterday Lindsay celebrated the good news with some shopping, of course, showing off some front and back skin at YSL in Beverly Hills.

Forget the break-up diet, shopping is her cardio!

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson used to be our fave young couple. And even though they've been dunzo for over a year, we're still rooting for them to reunite!

Here's one reason why: Unhealthy weight fluctuation. Lindsay has always struggled with her body, of course, but she's been looking particularly puffy and bloated lately. But then we spotted Sam on Wednesday looking thinner than usual. Hrmm.

SamRo needs a cheeseburger and LiLo needs to hop on the treadmill! But it doesn't look like that'll be happening soon for Linds...

After stopping by the Beverly Hills courthouse yesterday afternoon, she and sister Ali picked up some fro-yo, and later we spotted the two ordering In-N-Out. I guess when you can't go out and party your butt off, junk food fills that void?

We heart celebs doing good! Halle Berry visited the Jenesse Center in Inglewood earlier this afternoon - the 30-year-old facility works to offer shelter and counseling to women and children victimized by domestic violence. Halle has assisted the center for years, helping to raise money for the program and is even featured on its website...

The Oscar-winner herself has been very open about her personal experiences with domestic violence. Kudos to Halle for surviving and paying it forward.

Two months have passed since Nicollette Sheridan announced she was suing Desperate Housewives creator Marc Cherry for wrongful termination, assault and battery and discrimination. However sources close to the case say things are about to heat up.

Sheridan has filed an amended complaint to her original lawsuit, on the sly, in which she added the following two paragraphs:

In December 2008, Sheridan was informed that ABC had fully investigated her complaint and had concluded that she was not mistreated. In fact, the Executive Vice President of ABC Studios, Howard Davine, claimed that "Marc [Cherry] simply gave her a light tap on the side of her head for the sole purpose of providing direction for a scene they were rehearsing." With that, ABC decided to take no further action and closed the investigation, informing Sheridan that "we will finish off the season in the spirit of professionalism and courtesy that has been the normal course for Desperate Housewives."

However, rather than a season of "professionalism and courtesy," Sheridan was informed in February 2009 that her employment on the show was going to be terminated and that her character, Edie Britt, was being killed off the show. She was to film her final episode the last week of February 2009 and first week of March. Sheridan was given a strict publicity plan to follow to "break the story" that her character Edie Britt was leaving the Show.
