Miley Cyrus says the series of provocative outfits she's been sporting while performing her new single, Can't Be Tamed in Europe are just unintentionally slutty.

"I'm not trying to be 'slutty,'" Cyrus told The AP. "I'm not trying to be like, go to the club and get a bunch of guys ... What I'm trying to do is to make a point with my record and look consistent, in the way my record sounds and the way I dress."

So her record sounds slutty?

Miley went on to profess her love of dressing for less -- as in less clothing.

"I'm really comfortable with my body, I work really hard to be fit and to know that I can wear whatever makes me most comfortable. I feel more comfortable dressing with a little less, which is just how I've always been," she said. "Now I'm able to do that a little more freely and, also, I've just grown up to be this way too. It's not like this was me five years ago. It's me now, presently."

Miley is still only seventeen ... which makes her a minor ... which makes the "not slutty" looks she's apparently grown into so much more inappropriate.

Miley, we get that you want to graduate from your Disney Darling image like yesterday, but there IS a big difference between sexy and slutty and we're not quite sure you've passed that test yet...

Aussie pop superstar Kylie Minogue, 42, has her eleventh studio album Aphrodite coming out next month, and so she's gracing the latest cover of BlackBook AND doing a wet and wild swimsuit photo shoot for the mag - a fashion goddess as well as pop icon, just like Lady Gaga! Except Kylie has been around much longer.

"I think there's an element of me in her," Kylie says about Gaga. No doubt the "Bad Romance" singer was heavily influenced by Minogue, among others. And we're glad to see Kylie isn't getting all uppity about the comparisons like some people.

So what about this upcoming album? "Aphrodite is the goddess of love, and as far as the music goes, there's a feeling of euphoria on this one," explains Kylie. Can't wait!

Yesterday Jessica Alba took her adorable daughter Honor to Cafe Med in West Hollywood, and the two were in a great mood when we snapped them leaving. Of course, Honor always looks like a happy camper, but it's nice to see mom following her lead!

On a more serious note, we're dying to see Jessica's latest flick, the indie thriller The Killer Inside Me, which co-stars Kate Hudson and Casey Affleck. Jessica plays a prostitute who gets murdered by a serial killer, and even though she's known more for her beauty than her thespian skills, this could be a role that garners her some serious praise.

Ever since he started off his "new life" with a breakfast burrito this morning, Spencer Pratt has been tweeting up a storm, and though the promised "no more bads word from my dirty mouth," he then went on a rant attacking Hills co-star Lo Bosworth and anyone else who challenged him!

After calling Lo a "wh*re," Heidi Montag's estranged hubby tweeted, "yes i am very rude and mean. this is what you haters have done to me so f*ck you if you don't like it and log off my twitter." We're not sure if this is a PR stunt or if he's ground up his crystals and started snorting them, but it sounds like Spencer needs some serious help!

Oscar-winning actress Marion Cotillard looks effortlessly beautiful in Vogue's July issue.

Cotillard tells the mag that when getting inspired for the musical Nine, she looked at photos of Audrey Hepburn to get ready for her role. She also reveals that one of her biggest fears growing up was being alone. After looking at these photos, we don't think she'll have any problems with that.

The blue-eyed French stunner is set to star opposite Leonardo DiCaprio and Ellen Page in the thriller Inception due out July 16. Talk about starpower!

Last night Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z were spotted leaving Pepolino in NYC, and the superstar couple were all smiles after dinner. A casually dressed Beyonce posed for a picture with a lucky fan, and the notoriously poker-faced Jay-Z even flashed a smile! It could just be marital bliss, but what if they have some good news they want to share with us? You know, the baby announcement kind?

The entire cast of The A-Team met at the Champ de Mars in Paris for a group photo call but all we really care about is Jessica Biel and the curious case of her ridiculous ensemble!

A one piece jumpsuit with a plunging neckline, ruffles and a bow in the middle? WTF! Biel is so beautiful I can't stand it, and this is the outfit she slips her perfect bod into? Over it!



Meanwhile, co-star Bradley Cooper looks super happy despite the fact that his big summer action flick underperformed this weekend in comparison with the Karate Kid remake. Whoops!

Aretha Franklin attended the Apollo Theater's Spring 2010 Benefit Concert and Awards Ceremony in this bronze ensemble, but we had a funny feeling about it (and we're not talking about the muff made from a wooly mammoth!). Turns out the queen of soul wore the exact same outfit to the Tony Awards the night before, and while she did change her wig, she should know better than to wear the same thing two nights in a row!
