Hmm, why would she do something like that?

Yesterday afternoon we spotted Joe Simpson driving out of a Beverly Hills medical building, and our X17 photographers on the scene tell us Jessica Simpson was cowering in the back seat of the SUV as her two friends successfully shielded her from the cameras.

Jessica and her entourage were snapped visiting two different doctor's offices with numerous plastic surgeons, and get this -- they spent a total of nearly 6 hours inside! Jessica was in the first building for 3 hours, and she stayed at the second one for two and a half hours before emerging.

Doesn't seem like she was just getting a cortisone shot on a zit or getting her teeth whitened, does it? Jess has admitted in the past to getting lip injections, but in a 2008 interview she said she regretted the Restylane because she looked like "a blowfish," and she hinted that she wasn't going to do it again. Hmm, was she being 100% honest? Or is she getting something else done? I guess we'll find out soon enough!

White Collar star Tiffani Thiessen (forever Kelly Kapowski to me) welcomed a baby girl this morning in Los Angeles, her rep confirms to X17online.

Harper Renn Smith weighed in at 8 lbs., 3 oz. and both mother and child are doing well.

This is the first child for Thiessen and her husband, Brady Smith, who were married in 2005.

True Blood's newest cast member, Natasha Alam, may be playing blood-thirsty vampire, Yvetta, on the hit HBO series ... but this Uzbekistan-born beauty's body definitely doesn't suck!

Wearing nothing more than a little leather and lace, Alam graces the cover of Playboy's July issue.

Would you believe that this hottie had never done a nude sex scene before True Blood? She tells Playboy:

"I had to overcome a few things in my head to do it… [Then] here comes Alexander Skarsgard. He drops his robe, and he’s not wearing a sock – nothing. He’s just totally out there, walking around as if nothing’s going on. I was like, if he can do it, I can do it.”

Last night we snapped Paris Hilton leaving the Staples Center after attending the Activision E3 party, and the heiress chatted on her phone and looked like she was blushing as she headed back to her car. Hmm, did someone meet a cute boy at the event? Though rumor has it Paris has been seeing nightclub owner Cy Waits, it seems like she's still living and loving the single life!

Rob Pattinson's latest film project is Bel Ami, in which the actor plays Georges Duroy, a young journalist who essentially sleeps his way to the top with a slew of wealthy women in Paris, played by actresses like Uma Thurman and Kristin Scott Thomas.

When asked about nudity in the flick, Pattinson told MTV News, "I think there's a lot of my crack in it ... I think there's quite a bit of nudity." Pattinson added, "I think it will turn out to be very interesting, but I have no idea about any of it yet," as he hasn't yet seen a final cut of the film.

Jack Osbourne lunched with his ex-girlfriend Nikki Cloyd over the weekend, and while staying in touch with your former flames isn't that uncommon, Jack applied for a temporary restraining order against her just a few days ago!

Jack claims Nikki keyed his $250,000 Aston Martin, stating in court papers, "She committed several acts of vandalism to my property including over $10,000 worth of damage to my vehicle ... Ms Cloyd went through my telephone text messages, my private computer files, and flew into a rage, destroying property in my home ... Ms Cloyd is apparently in a state of unpredictable rage, and I fear that she intends to do further harm to me or my property."

Despite these allegations, a judge denied the restraining order request and told the reality star not to let his ex into his home again. In a handwritten note the judge said, "You are in the wrong court. Insufficient for a TRO [Temoporary Restraining Order]. Proceed this case with police or sue in civil court for damages to your property and car. Don't allow her in your home."

Even though they've been on and off for years now, Megan Fox has revealed in a new interview that she sees herself married to boyfriend Brian Austin Green down the road.

The actress told Access Hollywood at a press junket for Jonah Hex on Sunday, “I’ve been in this relationship for so long and I love [Brian] so much and of course [marriage is] in the future somewhere. I’m not closed to that idea.”

Megan continued, “I just think, if you’re going to [get married,] if you’re going to be with someone and make a commitment, it’s good to tell the universe, to say I’m committing to this person and making them my family. I think there’s something respectable about that and if we were to do it, it would be for ourselves. It wouldn’t be for society.”

So what about running her mouth and making outrageous statements just for attention? “I can be blunt or I can be honest...where I’ve gotten in trouble is when I’m being sarcastic or I’m trying to be funny," the 24-year-old starlet says. "It’s so easy for people to take that and turn it into a literal statement and then make it into a big scandalous news story. There’s no regrets because you learn from everything. I just wish that it was easier for all of us in this industry to be ourselves and that certain media outlets didn’t take advantage of that.”

The Foxy one must have taken some Imodium for her verbal diarrhea! She's definitely a hottie, but now that she's showing off her more mature side, we're starting to fall in love with her all over again.
