It's not like she dropped 25 pounds (or like she needed to), but Mischa Barton has definitely been hitting the gym, because when we snapped her in Beverly Hills yesterday, she looked a bit more toned than the last time we saw her.

Ms. Barton grabbed a Hawaiian Punch at the gas station, and while it's not as healthy as a bottle of water or cranberry juice, at least she didn't get donuts or Doritos to go with it! Baby steps...

Yesterday we caught Mark Wahlberg taking his oldest son Michael to karate in Brentwood, and the beefy star wasn't in the mood to smile, but given how good he looks in a tight tee-shirt, we're willing to forgive him! And it looks like his four-year-old son has already learned a few of his signature tough guy poses ... so cute!

Yesterday we spotted Jennifer Love Hewitt leaving the gym, and I know we rag on her constantly for what she's wearing and what size she claims to be, but she looks pretty hot here!

The actress maybe have broken up with Jamie Kennedy and had her show cancelled, but rather than eating her feelings and the entire bakery section of Ralphs, it looks like she's been sweating the pain away. Keep it up!

Uh oh! Violet Affleck is never in a bad mood, especially when she's riding in her mother's arms, but it looks like yesterday was an exception.

Jennifer Garner and Violet were spotted in Beverly Hills yesterday, and we're not sure if Jen was trying to convince her daughter to walk or if V was genuinely having a bad hair day, but it wasn't pretty!

And speaking of having her hands full, Jen is in talks to join Russell Brand, Nick Nolte and Helen Mirren in the Arthur remake, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Jen is reportedly being eyed for the role of the wealthy heiress that Brand's character must marry, while Nolte and Mirren will play her parents. Looks like Ben's going to be on daddy duty once this starts production!

And she's looking more gorgeous than ever, we might add!

Last night we snapped the sexy heiress stepping off a plane at LAX, and she tweeted, "Just landed at LAX from Brazil now rushing to other airport to jet off to Las Vegas! Huge! Can't wait to see @NickyHilton at Pure Tonight!"

She's so busy we can hardly keep up!

In a new interview with News Of The World, Joe Jackson blames wife Katherine for the King of Pop's downward spiral which eventually led to his death.

Joe recalls the day Michael died, saying, "Katherine was weeping uncontrollably and highly upset. But I didn't give her a hug because I was mad at her crying. I said, 'If you had listened to me Michael would be living now!' I kept thinking about the times I had stood in front of her saying something was wrong. I couldn't bottle up my feelings. Katherine didn't say a word - I had to get away from her. If she'd done what I asked, Michael would be here today. I am incensed with her. She could have made a difference."

"In Michael's final months alive I said to her many times that I couldn't get through to him - and that she needed to help her son," Joe added. "I had begged her to go over and stay with him, but she insisted he needed his privacy and gave him the slack she thought he needed. A child will listen to his mother more than his father - and Michael was a mummy's boy. He listened to her. I still haven't been able to talk about it to her as she doesn't want to hear what I have to say."

However, despite all the negativity, Joe says the children are coping well. "The first few months were hard, but now they are enjoying their life in Encino," says Joe. "Michael made sure they had a strict upbringing, and made sure they studied hard and were only allowed to watch TV at weekends. He was a great, but strict father. Now those kids are the smartest and Michael's trained them to be aware of the world and its perils."

Joe added, "We have given them more freedom and they seem to love it. They now have TVs and computers. Paris is the leader of them. She is growing up fast and has to be watched closely. I am pretty sure she can be anything she wants to be. Like all the Jacksons she has that showbiz gene."

After partying it up with Gerard Butler and company in the Hollywood Hills yesterday afternoon, a very perked up Lindsay Lohan hit the clubs and didn't come home until 3am!

Lindsay started off her night at the Tea Room at H-Wood, and 1am she left for a house party in Beverly Hills. We're not sure if she ran into an ex or if the party was lame, but she left with several friends at 1:45am and then headed to Bardot, where she stayed until 3 in the morning.

Lindsay looked surprisingly well-rested when we snapped her leaving Bardot, so we're not sure what she's doing, but kudos to her for not looking like a hot mess!
