Considering someone just had to shell out another $10,000 to keep her out of jail, we were a little surprised to see Lindsay shopping at jewelry store Roseark after finishing up at Right On programs yesterday!

Although when it comes to Lindsay, any sort of compliance is an improvement, so I guess she was just rewarding herself for attending court mandated alcohol education classes.

Lindsay has stopped proclaiming her innocence on Twitter, but she IS suggesting that the government engineered the intense news coverage of her bail violation in order to distract from "real world issues!"

In response to someone who suggested we pay more attention to the oil spill in the gulf and less to Lindsay Lohan, she tweeted:

"That is so true!!! Its almost as if the gov't & news outlets distract from real world issues on purpose coz #gov'tdoesn'thaveanswers"

Um, wow. Just ... wow.

This is better than grainy tape of thieves caught by a security camera, this is Transformers mega-star Shia LaBeouf caught by an X17 videographer stealing the same snapper's camera lenses! What was Shia thinking???!!!

Lindsay Lohan's SCRAM anklet might've gone off five times after the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday, and her lawyer might've admitted it was because the device picked up on a "small amount of alcohol" (which led to Linds' bail increasing to $200,000), but LiLo continues to insist she didn't do anything wrong. Never underestimate the power of denial!

Nevertheless, Linds made sure to attend her court-ordered alcohol education program - Right On - in Glendale this afternoon just in case. Smart move!

And what's that in her hand? No, not the cigs... I'm talking about her Tru Blood drink! We all know Lindsay is a True Blood fan. She even Tweeted about it yesterday!
