Shia LaBeouf has returned the camera lenses to police who gave them back to the photographer. But our shooter wasn't fully satisfied ... he asked LAPD Sgt. Gottschalk why Shia won't be arrested when a photographer who had done the same would be in handcuffs within minutes. Gottschalk replied, "We handle each incident on a case-by-case basis."

Yesterday Jessica Biel attended the Stella McCartney presentation at Gavin Brown's Enterprise in NYC, and the actress was practically swallowed whole by her ruffled green top. While we're not reaaally loving her look, you can't deny how completely gorgeous she is, so we'll let this one slide...

The Friends alum typically plays the lead in agreeable romantic-comedies, but now Ms. Aniston takes on the role of a sex-obsessed orthodontist in Horrible Bosses.

While the plot concerns three friends and their attempts to murder their bad bosses, Life & Style reports that Jen's character "compliments a guy on his privates and even admits she's into kinky sex." Scandalous!

And don't forget a scene where Jen "breaks a nail during an intimate act while watching Gossip Girl" - now THAT is something I'd wanna see!

An X17 photographer was just a victim of Shia LaBeouf's wild temper as the Transformers star came to our snapper's car outside the actor's Hollywood Hills home and snatched some camera equipment out of the vehicle!

Shia then ran back into his home and appeared to have no intention of returning the $3000 camera lenses. Further, LaBeouf then called the police to complain about the photographer.

Well, that backfired -- The cop made the actor return the equipment and we're told the brazen actor then walked away with his tail between his legs ...

This morning Christina Aguilera performed on the Early Show in NYC, and we're not sure who advised her to wear a see through trench coat, but we have mixed feelings about it. Part of us likes it because it's a bit cartoony and Gagalicious, but the other part of us wants to douse her with a fire hose to see if it's really waterproof.

Personally, we'd like to see the singer stripped down to a more normal outfit with less makeup, because the talent is still there, we just don't like being distracted by pounds of clownish lipstick, silly outfits and her obnoxious XTINA ring. Sorry!

Charlie Sheen will not be doing his community service work at Theatre Aspen ... at least not yet.

Earlier this week, the Aspen, Colorado judge didn't accept the plea agreement presented by Sheen's attorney. Under the "Useful Public Service Program", Sheen's agreement would have allowed him to leave jail for up to 12 hours every day to work at the theater. As for why it fell through, we're told "undisclosed specific stipulations" caused the plan to temporarily derail.

Paige Price, Theatre Aspen's artistic director, tells X17online exclusively:

"It seemed like it was on the right track. I'm kind of surprised at the outcome, but stay tuned. Charlie was going to teach, but to what capacity wasn't worked out. Some of the professional actors were excited to learn some new techniques from him."

Price says that while in the courtroom, she and Sheen spoke briefly. She tells X17online, "He said thank you for trying to help." As for whether their policy of no smoking in the theater was the cause of the agreement to fall through, Price says, " I doubt it." However, she did add, "I imagine it didn't make him too happy."

The door is still not closed for Sheen to work with Theatre Aspen, according to Price. Sheen's next court date is set for July 12.

Last night the usual suspects hit up Tuesday night hotspot MyStudio, and we spotted single stars like Ryan Cabrera and Jayde Nicole arriving at the club. They didn't show up together, and I'm sure they would never get together, but Ryan has snagged hotties like Ashlee Simpson and Audrina Patridge, so we had to throw it out there!

And the person he's accusing? None other than Britney herself!

Fernando Flores, 29, has apparently quit his job as one of Britney Spears' top bodyguards after the "Circus" singer allegedly paraded naked around him and came on to him, according to The Sun. A pal reveals the following:

"She was always giving him the come on and he felt if he didn't reciprocate he could lose his job. He finally handed in his notice last week and is considering legal action. Working for Britney is tough. She's a nightmare to deal with and her emotions are totally out of control. She runs round the house naked and yelling at staff. All her guards knew they could be removed if they looked at her the wrong way. Unfortunately for Fernando, she took a liking to him, so he was under more pressure than most. He wanted to be a good security guard and look after her but the situation became unbearable."

Additionally, Fernando's pal claims Fernando was made "the fall guy" when Britney left the house with no underwear a few weeks back...

Now the bodyguard is allegedly considering a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the pop princess.

An X17 photog confirms that Fernando Flores was employed with Britney for a brief period of time, but he was not one of her main bodyguards.
