Chace Crawford has been arrested in Plano, Texas for possessing pot. The Gossip Girl star was taken into custody just outside of Ringo's Pub.

The bartender, who was on duty last night, tells X17online that the police were only inside the pub for a few minutes just after midnight ... then they headed to the parking lot where the arrest was made.

A patron from inside the pub says the actor, who is a Lubbock, Texas native, was in a car with a friend when he was busted.

According to the Plano Police Department report, the two guys were sitting inside a 2003 Nissan 350Z at the time of the arrest. Crawford was charged with a misdemeanor for possessing less than 2 ounces of marijuana.

We're told Crawford has been released on bail.

Even though she's been complaining about her wisdom teeth pain nonstop for days, Lindsay clearly felt good enough to attend the the Kari Feinstein MTV Movie Awards Style Lounge at the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

She did seem a little self-conscious about her puffy cheeks but that didn't stop her from grabbing some SWAG!

An insider at the gift suite tells X17online:

"Lindsay came at about 5, stayed for almost an hour, didn't grab a whole lot, but did pick up a bunch of clothes from Superdry. She mentioned that she had just gotten her wisdom teeth out and her jaw was still swollen. She said she was going to come back today, and bring Ali with her, so we'll see!!"

Awww, a little retail therapy for her swollen jaw!

Despite online reports claiming Juan-Carlos Cruz, the former Food Network star accused of hiring homeless men to kill his wife, will be chatting with Oprah Winfrey ... Harpo says it's not going to happen.

A rep tells X17online exclusively:

"Yes, show producers reached out to Cruz's attorney and right now, there are no immediate plans to feature his story on the show."

As for whose initial idea it was to reach out to Cruz's attorney, we're told "It was the show's producers, not Oprah."

Glad to clear that up.

Last night Helena Christensen eschewed the five-star accommodations worthy of her supermodel status to spend the night in a trashy hotel - literally.

Christensen was the first overnight guest at the Rome hotel which is made completely of rubbish.

German artist HA Schult and environmental group Save The Beach set up the temporary hotel (it's only open June 3-7) in the shadow of the Castel Sant'Angelo to raise awareness for the growing problem of trash on Europe's beaches.

While we applaud her dedication to the cause, can you imagine sleeping in between 12 tons of trash?

Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale is opening up the gates to Michael Jackson's fans on the anniversary of The King of Pop's death.

Randy Jackson tells X17online exclusively:

"I just had a meeting with Forest Lawn and beginning on June 25, the anniversary of my brother's death, fans will be able to go right up to the mausoleum and drop off flowers and pay their respects. Michael loved his fans, and the family wants to make sure that the fans are able to celebrate his incredible life."

At the 1-year anniversary memorial on June 25, Randy tells X17online that his sister Janet, Michael's three children and mom, Katherine will be there. Also attending ... Lisa Marie Presley who last month inspired a flower shop to deliver thousands of sunflowers to Forest Lawn in memory of Jackson.

X17online brought you the exclusive details about Lisa Marie Presley's initial visit to the mausoleum in which she carried in an empty portrait-sized frame filled with sunflowers ... spending over an hour getting the placement just right.

Various groups, like the Justice4MJ fan group consisting of thousands of members, had plans to gather at the mausoleum for the special 1-year anniversary. However, just last month Forest Lawn security had been informed that fans were no longer welcome. Thanks to Michael's youngest brother, that has all changed.

Randy adds, "We are so thankful to know that our brother's fans still love him as much as we do."
