There's a gigantic inflatable chicken meant to look like Donald Trump hovering next to the White House, and the constructor wanted to send a very clear message.
It's intended to portray the POTUS as a "weak and ineffective leader," according to balloon owner and documentary filmmaker Taran Singh Brar. "He's too afraid to release his tax returns, too afraid to stand up to [Russian President] Vladimir Putin and playing chicken with North Korea," he added.
The reason it hasn't been taken down? Brar got a permit, so it's totally legal! "The tallest thing they usually allow on the Ellipse is the national Christmas tree. They gave me a waiver for the 30-foot chicken Don," he boasted to USA Today.
In other political news, Trump's former press secretary Sean Spicer is angling to guest star on SNL, which is surprising given how much they poked fun at him while he still held his government position. Melissa McCarthy's impersonation of him is one of the funniest things of all time!
“He is asking people about getting on — it was his idea! He asked someone he knows that is close to a cast member to help him. Yes, he criticized SNL before, but he’s changed his tune. He wants to make a cameo!†a source dished to Us Weekly.

Tyga hit up Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar's concert at the Staples Center last night, and we caught him getting quite flirtatious with a Kylie Jenner look-a-like at the show. Only problem? That wedding ring on her finger! While it's possible she's a member of his team or one of his boy's wives, it's also likely he just doesn't care she's spoken for.
Does anyone else find it weird that T-Raww would go to see his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend perform? We do! Rumor has it the one hit wonder had a serious problem with the Kylie's new boo and felt that he stole his chick out from under him, although Tyga totally denies that.
"I don't feel no type of way. Me and her had been broken up for like seven months. He's not in the wrong. I don't have no hard feelings," he told The Breakfast Club about his feelings on Travis.
He should have put a ring on Kylie when he had the chance!

Britney Spears got quite the shock when an overly zealous fan hopped on stage during her Las Vegas concert on Wednesday night and did a cartwheel before kicking a security guard, and the singer was rushed to safety as the whole incident unfolded.
Brit Brit was in the middle of belting out "You Drive Me Crazy" when the random dude lunged at her, and dancers and bodyguards moved quickly to make sure he didn't get close to the pop princess.
The songstress was oblivious to what was happening at first, but once she caught on, she feared the fan might be armed and dangerous. "He's got a gun?" she nervously asked while clinging to her muscle man.
Luckily the music icon wasn't hurt, but it was a close call!
Blac Chyna stars in rapper Belly's new music video "P.O.P. (Power of P***y)," and the video vixen was probably chosen because she's the type of girl described in the lyrics.
"You were seduced by her sin/Don’t let Lucifer in/She took you for everything/You let her do it again,†one verse goes, as the former stripper pats her crotch and dances around in a white fur coat with a smirk. Classy!
Art is clearly imitating life, as everyone thinks this a blatant F-you to Rob Kardashian. The Lashed bar owner took Kimmy K's bro for a ride and used him for fame and fortune, only to cast him aside when things got tough. She even trapped him by getting pregnant with daughter Dream, but he couldn't manage to quit her until he finally had a meltdown and she got a restraining order.

Can you believe she just got out of her teens?!
Kylie Jenner's family threw her a surprise 20th birthday party last night after she attended boyfriend Travis Scott's concert at the Staples Center, and it doesn't look like she caught wind of it beforehand, because she was dressed down in sneakers while the rest of her sisters were all dolled up!
The minute she walked into the bash, she was so overwhelmed with excitement that she ran right over to give her rapper beau a hug. There was a chocolate fountain, a very bootylicious ice sculpture, and tons of food and dancing.
Khloe's boyfriend Tristan Thompson was there, but Kanye and A$AP Rocky were nowhere to be seen. Also missing in action? Scott Disick and brother Rob Kardashian. Guess they didn't score invites.
She's accomplished a lot in her 20 years! The brunette beauty's Kylie Cosmetics line is on track to become a billion dollar brand by the time she turns 25, she has her own reality show Life of Kylie, she's never looked better, and she finally broke free from deadbeat loser Tyga and found a real man with an actual career. That's something to celebrate!

"When is National Ice Cream Day? (This pic was taken by Shelli Azoff when I was 15. First trip to Europe on tour with the Eagles) Allison & I made a journal of this trip," she captioned the image.
"I honestly thought this was current," one user wrote. "You do not look 15 here, love you though," wrote another.

He risked a lot to speak his truth.
Aaron Carter came out as bisexual in a heartfelt Facebook post earlier this week, and while he was praised by many for his bravery, his girlfriend Madison Parker wasn't so thrilled and decided to end their relationship.
“I had to discuss it with my ex-girlfriend, and she didn’t really understand it and she didn’t want [to]. And that was it. So we left it mutual and parted ways … It was something that I felt was important and that I needed to say," he revealed on The Bert Show on Wednesday.
"To be honest, I’ve been thinking about it for many years. I just felt like it was something I needed to do. It was something that I just felt like was important and I needed to say. It was a part of a new chapter of turning 30," he added.
The Florida-born singer also went into detail about his first sexual experience with a man.
“It wasn’t until I was about 17 until… there was somebody I had a small relationship with. The process is at your own pace and when you feel comfortable. There might be a lot of people who don’t agree with it, but you might be surprised by the people who do. I was shocked — I was blown away. My fans know that I’m a heart on the sleeve kinda guy. That’s the way I am,†he continued.
As for who he's looking to date next? "I'm “really looking forward to the future … be it with a man or a woman," he explained.
He must feel good to have this all out on the table!

Look away now, Scott Disick!
Kourtney Kardashian's 23-year-old boy toy Younes Bendjima surprised her with a spontaneous trip to Egypt, and it looks like they're having the time of their lives! The mother-of-three brought along pal Simon Huck for the fun, and the group has been making the most of their vacation.
"Kourtney spent part of last week in Florida where she met up with friends and then they flew with Younes to Egypt on Sunday. She was so excited to see him and they are incredibly happy. She is trying to live it up as much as possible this summer and she couldn't wait to see him again. He planned this adventure for them and wanted to take her somewhere new and exciting," a source dished to E! News.
"Kourtney was especially excited to see the pyramids and they had an incredible time doing that. They have enjoyed the beach, rode on camels and fully immersed themselves in the culture and eating the food," the source added.
The Lord isn't taking his lady's new relationship with the Algerian model too well, either.
"It’s never an easy thing to watch someone you share three children with, and so many memories, move on with someone else. Scott has had a hard time watching Kourtney move on while he is in the same place he’s been in for years. It’s been tough for him," a source told ET.
We'll have to wait and see if Kourt and Younes go the distance!
