Lena Dunham took to Twitter yesterday to praise pal Taylor Swift for taking a stand against Denver deejay David Mueller, who she claims grabbed her bare butt during a meet-and-greet in 2013.

"Proud of @taylorswift13 for her fierce & cutting testimony & her refusal to settle for being treated like property. Her example is powerful," the Girls star tweeted.

Mueller claims he is innocent, and merely grazed her ribcage during the alleged incident. Not so, says T-Swizz!

"I am not going to allow you or your client to make it seem like this is in anyway my fault, because it isn’t. He did not touch my rib, he did not touch my arm, he did not touch my hand, he grabbed my bare ass," she told Mueller's lawyer in court.

"This is what happened, it happened to me, I know it was him. I am being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions and not mine," she added.

This takes a lot of bravery.

Kylie Jenner continued her birthday celebrations at the movies last night with boyfriend Travis Scott and members of her family, and she must have enjoyed a more low key evening after her her wild surprise party on Wednesday. The reality star hid behind her blanket as she made her way into the theater, but we managed to get a peek at her new diamond necklace from her rapper beau!

Khloe brought boyfriend Tristan Thompson and Kris Jenner brought errand boy boy toy Corey Gamble, but Kim sat this one out. Kourtney also wasn't there, but that's because she's currently in Egypt with Younes Bendjima.

She's accomplished a lot in her 20 years! The brunette beauty's Kylie Cosmetics line is on track to become a billion dollar brand by the time she turns 25, she has her own reality show Life of Kylie, she's never looked better, and she finally broke free from deadbeat loser Tyga and found a real man with an actual career. That's something to celebrate!

Kim Kardashian is having her lawyers draw up a mid-nuptial agreement to protect her and her children, because she's worried about Kanye's messy finances and upcoming lawsuits, Radar reports.

"He’s making all kinds of deals right now that are very high stakes, and Kim’s nervous. [Kim] wants everything looked over with a fine-tooth comb, especially as her kids are so involved and potentially impacted at this point," a source dished to the site.

"Kim’s worried sick about Kanye’s current situation, which has incurred millions in legal fees already and is only getting more expensive and complicated. She wants to protect herself, and for all her faults nobody could blame her," the source added.

The rapper filed a $10 million lawsuit against his insurance company late last month for failing to pay out the lost profits on his canceled Saint Pablo tour, and now they're digging around to see what dirt they can find on him, in hopes of weaseling out of payment obligations. Apparently, right before his mental breakdown, 'Ye was captured on video rambling about drug usage and "taking pills," specifically Percocet painkillers.

"This whole lawsuit can blow up in Kanye’s face because if this goes to trial, then all of his and Kim Kardashian’s secrets will come out. Kanye has opened a can of worms by launching this lawsuit. What comes out could be devastating to Kanye, his marriage to Kim, and the Kardashian family," another source dished to In Touch.

None of this is helping his marriage to Kim, but they're sticking it out because their third child is on the way via surrogate.

"They’ve got a long way to go, but they want to have their marriage rock solid by the time their new baby arrives. They’ve just never been the same since Kanye’s breakdown and it’s taken a lot of work to get them to this point. They’re doing couple’s therapy and making a big effort to reconnect," the first source added.

Based on what the actress recently revealed about their post-birth plans, we're not surprised we were kept in the dark.

"We’ll take the baby’s first month for ourselves. After the baby arrives, we’re doing one month of silence. Just the three of us, no visitors, and we’re turning off our phones too, so there’s no expectation for us to communicate," she explained to Fit Pregnancy.

"Otherwise, every five minutes it would be, ‘How are you feeling? Can we have a picture?’ You don’t get those first 30 days back, and we want to be fully present,” she added.

Miley Cyrus killed time waiting in the car for fiance Liam Hemsworth this morning by picking her nose! The singer fished for boogers when she thought nobody was watching, but once she noticed photographers, she immediately looked embarrassed. At least she didn't eat it!

The couple recently sparked rumors that they'd secretly tied the knot, after the Aussie actor was spotted with what looked to be a wedding band on his finger, but they're not Mr. and Mrs. just yet.

"He wears that ring as more of a 'promise' to Miley, but they are not officially married. The only thing that is missing is the legal piece of paper. The pair is not focused on planning a wedding at this time. They are more focused on making their love as strong as possible," a source dished to E! News.

"Miley and Liam are in a really good place because they truly understand each other. Their families spend a lot of time together and are basically one unit. It is a really good situation right now and no one is in any rush to the altar. Their favorite thing to do as a couple is spend time with both of their families and they dedicate their weekends to family get-togethers," the source added.

Kylie Jenner turns 20-years-old today, and the makeup mogul marked the occasion by treating her Instagram followers to some sexy bikini selfies. The brunette beauty flaunted her curves in a peach swimsuit, and her waist-to-hips ratio just keeps getting more insane by the day! The reality star has got a lot to be thankful for as she marks this milestone, from her billion dollar Kylie Cosmetics brand to her new show Life of Kylie. Although...

Life of Kylie wasn't exactly the huge hit everyone - including Kylie! - thought it would be. It only drew 1.12 million viewers on the premiere episode, which is way less that the 2.08 million Rob & Chyna got. Ouch! The youngest of the KarJenner clan isn't taking that news too well, either.

"She was really hoping that this was going to be her big break and that it would land her a huge future in reality TV. She was hoping for spinoff’s as well!" a source dished to Radar.

"After reading some of the reviews, Kylie just realized how far removed from reality she really is. She didn’t know how detached she was until she saw how people reacted to her show. She is not a happy person to begin with and all this show did was solidify that to her fans," the source added.

This is hilarious!

There's a gigantic inflatable chicken meant to look like Donald Trump hovering next to the White House, and the constructor wanted to send a very clear message.

It's intended to portray the POTUS as a "weak and ineffective leader," according to balloon owner and documentary filmmaker Taran Singh Brar. "He's too afraid to release his tax returns, too afraid to stand up to [Russian President] Vladimir Putin and playing chicken with North Korea," he added.

The reason it hasn't been taken down? Brar got a permit, so it's totally legal! "The tallest thing they usually allow on the Ellipse is the national Christmas tree. They gave me a waiver for the 30-foot chicken Don," he boasted to USA Today.

In other political news, Trump's former press secretary Sean Spicer is angling to guest star on SNL, which is surprising given how much they poked fun at him while he still held his government position. Melissa McCarthy's impersonation of him is one of the funniest things of all time!

“He is asking people about getting on — it was his idea! He asked someone he knows that is close to a cast member to help him. Yes, he criticized SNL before, but he’s changed his tune. He wants to make a cameo!” a source dished to Us Weekly.

Tyga hit up Travis Scott and Kendrick Lamar's concert at the Staples Center last night, and we caught him getting quite flirtatious with a Kylie Jenner look-a-like at the show. Only problem? That wedding ring on her finger! While it's possible she's a member of his team or one of his boy's wives, it's also likely he just doesn't care she's spoken for.

Does anyone else find it weird that T-Raww would go to see his ex-girlfriend's new boyfriend perform? We do! Rumor has it the one hit wonder had a serious problem with the Kylie's new boo and felt that he stole his chick out from under him, although Tyga totally denies that.

"I don't feel no type of way. Me and her had been broken up for like seven months. He's not in the wrong. I don't have no hard feelings," he told The Breakfast Club about his feelings on Travis.

He should have put a ring on Kylie when he had the chance!
