Celine Dion, 42, has announced she is pregnant with twins after undergoing her sixth in vitro fertilization treatment in a prolonged attempt to conceive with her husband-manager Rene Angelil, 68. The couple already have one child -- nine-year-old Rene Charles.

Dion turned to acupuncture to improve her chances of getting pregnant, after five failed in vitro attempts.
