Michael Jackson's three children are all set to receive $33 million dollars from their father's estate, according to News of the World.

Prince, 13, Paris, 12 and Blanket, 8, will have access to 40% of Jackson's estate worth an estimated $300 million. At the age of 21, the three will gain access to the money via a trust fund that was set up by the pop star. The amount will increase over the years due to merchandise sales, estate auctions and interest from the bank.

In the documents obtained by NOTW, Michael's mother, Katherine Jackson, will receive 40% of the estate and 20% will got to charity. His ex-wife Debbie Rowe, father Joe Jackson and the Jackson brothers and sisters were not named in the documents.

Next month will mark the 1-year anniversary of Jackson's death. The King of Pop died on June 25, 2009 at the age of 50.

During a break from her Monster Ball tour in England, Lady GaGa stopped in at the Prince of Wales pub in Birmingham where she bought a round for the entire bar!

GaGa spent two hours in the pub drinking whiskey and Diet Cokes and scribbling notes on napkins. She not only treated the whole pub to drinks, but she also left the wait staff a hefty tip, says The Daily Mail.

"In a Pub in England, ruining bar napkins with lyrics and memories. Dreams are never weak like we are, drunk or sober," GaGa tweeted of her experience there, where she apparently spent two hours drinking whiskey and Diet Cokes and jotting down notes on napkins.

Bret Michaels is still recovering from from his health problems, but it hasn't stopped the rocker from announcing his plans to take over Simon Cowell's judges seat.

During his Biloxi, Miss. concert, Michael's spilled the beans to his concertgoers saying, "I don't know if it's true, but I could possibly be a judge on American Idol."

The big job hasn't officially been offered to the Poison frontman, but during recent interviews, Simon Cowell has suggested Michaels as a replacement.

The 47-year-old recently announced that he will undergo heart surgery to repair a hole in his heart. This past April, Michael's suffered a brain hemorrhage, and just recently, he suffered from a mild stroke. Although his doctors ordered him to stay home, he attended the finale for Celebrity Apprentice and won.

Michaels is no stranger to reality TV. In addition to Celebrity Apprentice, he appeared on three seasons of Rock of Love and was a judge on Nashville Star.

Miley Cyrus is intent on smashing her Disney image, wearing a series of revealing costumes at the Rock In Rio concent in Lisbon over the weekend, but one thing she just can't seem to let go of is her love for ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas.

Before launching into her song Full Circle, Miley told the crowd that:

"It’s about two people. They’re always gonna come back together no matter what anyone says or the bad people that try to keep you apart. Surprise surprise, it’s about a Jonas brother."

Heidi Montag has been spending her Memorial Day Weekend inside a friend's beach house after news broke on Friday that she and Spencer had separated. Yes, we're told, she's still wearing her massive wedding ring!

A source hanging with Heidi tells X17online exclusively:

"Heidi's in a really good place right now. She's enjoying some chill time with friends in Malibu. The beach house is fully stocked with alcohol, so she'll be fine. We've been bringing in sushi and laying low. But the news on Friday wasn't supposed to get out that way. They had been offered over $50 thousand for a cover spread and article talking about their relationship. You know how they are ... they certainly wouldn't have leaked the info for free."

Our source says that Heidi's camp is trying to find out who leaked the info. A tabloid website spoke to Jennifer Bunney on Friday in which Bunney said that she and Heidi are going to be shooting their own reality show together. "Jen is trying to whore herself out to get noticed, but we have a feeling she's the one who has been leaking the info all along. She wants to be a star so bad," adds our source.

As for the upcoming reality show, it was originally going to be about Heidi and Spencer's real life away from the cameras. But since they haven't been talking lately, "there's nothing to film since they're not the happy couple right now." Heidi and Spencer have decided to have the show focus strictly on Heidi, especially since the public isn't a fan of Spencer. "Spencer's a loose cannon and Heidi wants to make sure that her marriage is based on love and not centered on fake reality TV life."

Heidi has thrown around the idea of filming "a single girl's summer with friends" reality show in Malibu which is tentatively called The Heidi Show. However, we're told, Jennifer Bunney would certainly not be the star. Our sources says, "Jen would be just one of the friends who would be partying with Heidi for certain episodes. Yes, she's a friend of Heidi, but her role in the show wouldn't be as big as she's hoping for."

The two reality stars claim their temporary split is "100% not a publicity stunt," however, The Heidi Show will be filmed by Pratt Productions.

Makes you wonder...

As for Heidi's rep, she tells X17online:

"Heidi appreciates all the support and concern. We hope everyone will respect their privacy during this difficult time."

Considering that Heidi and Spencer live their lives in front of the cameras, not sure if "respecting their privacy" is going to happen.

Salma Hayek and hubby Francois-Henri Pinault looked very loved up at the French Open in Paris yesterday.

Salma, who is mother to two-year-old Valentina, briefly separated from her now husband, but they quickly got back together.

Glee doesn't have the same aversion to Miley, though. They featured her hit song from The Hannah Montana Movie (a musical), "The Climb", on a February episode.

Miley also went on to diss pop music, saying, “I listen to zero pop music, which is really weird for someone who makes pop music. My 13-year-old self would have beaten up my 17-year-old self because she would be like, ‘You’re a sellout!’”

Miley's made millions touting a tween image and sound through her super-successful Hannah Montana series (which is coming to an end.) She's been trying hard in recent months (years?) to smash her squeaky clean Disney image, and this seems like just another crack!

But dissing pop music? Is she going too far?

Halle Berry made her way to Miami the other day and yesterday enjoying time with a "friend" who seemed to be getting quite close to the newly-single mom!
