Lindsay Lohan is finally learning that keeping court-appointed meetings is a good idea.

The 23-year-old, along with a group of five including her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley, showed up to the Santa Monica Probation Department about an hour ago to meet with her probation officer. We're told that the department was notified early this morning of the starlet's appointment, and as a result, security was beefed up.

As X17online reported, Lindsay's dad, Michael Lohan, is concerned that the actress is using unnecessary prescription drugs. Michael hopes that the probation officer will be strict in determining whether or not this violates Judge Marsha Revel's no drug policy. However, as with many SCRAM wearers, certain prescription drugs are allowed. We'll see if her Ambien and Adderall meds raise any red flags.

We're just glad she showed up. One step at a time, Lindsay!

In a sneak preview from her reality show's season finale, Kendra opens up about the video she shot at age 18 with ex-boyfriend Justin Frye:

"Of course we had sex like every couple does and every now and then we would videotape it. There's a lot of couples who do that. At that time I wasn't a celebrity. I didn't even know I was going to become a celebrity."

Kendra also says that "It broke my heart because how can you do that when I have a baby?" Adding: "I hope to God nobody looks at me like a porn star."

She also urges fans to have a heart and "not press play."

And how's Hank doing with all of this? "It's hard on him," she admits. But "he's doing a good job because he's understanding."
