Last night Britney Spears' manager/ex-boyfriend Jason Trawick spent the night at her Calabasas pad, and this morning we snapped the duo grabbing coffee at a Bel Air gas station. But I thought they were broken up!? Maybe he's hanging out in the guest house? Hmmm...

After getting caffeinated, Jason dropped Britney off at the Byron Tracey salon, where the pop princess spent a few hours getting extensions put in. After her salon sesh, Brit's bodyguard swooped her up and dropped her off at Subway, where she grabbed a nice healthy lunch and showed off her lovely new tresses. Sounds like a pretty productive day to us!

Just a couple of famous friends grabbing a bite to eat at the Hollywood eatery actress Eva Longoria co-owns. Think they gossiped about Desperate Housewives drama and who's the prettiest Kardashian sister?

MTV announced today that Academy Award-winning actress Sandra Bullock will receive the MTV Generation Award during the 2010 MTV Movie Awards for her "riveting and diverse contributions to the film industry and for entertaining generations of the MTV audience over the last two decades."

Additionally, Sandra's rep has confirmed that she will be attending the show, which airs live on June 6 from Universal City, California.

The MTV Generation Award is MTV Movie Awards highest honor, acknowledging an actor who has engaged the MTV audience throughout their career, and Bullock is the first female to win the award.

The soon-to-be married couple attended the premiere of Get Him to the Greek at the Greek Theatre - how approps! - in Los Angeles last night looking as unusual as ever...

Russell Brand wore a slim fit white suit and Katy Perry dressed like a Grecian Goddess. They're such a perfect match!

Randy Jackson, Michael's youngest brother, is donating $60,000 in the hopes of saving 11-year-old Treasure Dearsaw's life. While visiting Treasure at the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, Randy tells X17online exclusively, "I just want to see her smile."

Treasure suffers from a rare condition called vascular malformation, in which a lesion on her tongue has become a life-threatening disease. The mass on her tongue swells and bleeds, preventing her from being able to close her mouth, eat and talk. Doctors are monitoring her condition closely because if her tongue swells too much, it could close her airway causing her to choke to death. Doctors have told Treasure’s mom, that the removal of her daughter’s tongue would solve the problem, but she is doing everything she can to prevent having to go this route.

As for how he learned of Treasure's condition, Randy tells us:

“I was driving back from Santa Barbara, and because I was tired, I checked into a hotel. TV is something I never watch, but for some reason, I decided to watch the news. I saw a story about Treasure Dearsaw and her fight with a rare disease on her tongue. In order to have an important surgery, she needed to raise $60,000, but a fundraiser set up for her only brought in a few thousand. Her story tugged at my heart, and I knew what I wanted to do.”

Treasure's mom, Chelsa, says that her young daughter has already undergone nine procedures. "Mom, I'm afraid I'm going to die," is a phrase that Chelsa tells us she can't bear to hear anymore.

Randy adds, "No child should be afraid that they’re going to die. It breaks my heart to see her suffering like that. Treasure’s a beautiful child, and it was God’s plan for me to see her story and help out. This is the least I can do. She deserves to be happy.”

Treasure is expected to undergo her 10th surgery later this summer.

Gwen and Gavin's first born turns four today, and he's still just as cute as ever! Think Kingston will play big brother to another new sibling? We really gotta wonder if mom Gwen Stefani is preggers or not!

Stew at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, and even though she looks smokin' hot in this super short skirt, she admits that vintage tees are more her style. “I could be in a paper bag,” she says, “but whatever I am wearing has to be comfortable.”

As long as Edward Cullen is snuggled up next to her, who cares about fashion?
