Yesterday we spotted Joe Jonas and a friend out and about in Beverly Hills, and the boys appeared to be in a great mood when we snapped them returning from lunch. Think they chatted up any lovely ladies? Now that the 20-year-old boy bander is back on the market after splitting from Demi Lovato, we can only imagine how much attention he's getting from his female admirers!

Paula Abdul will be on stage LIVE tonight at the American Idol finale for Simon Cowell's big farewell. Forget finalists Crystal Bowersox and Lee DeWyze. We're more excited about Paula's return to AI!

A source close to Paula tells X17online exclusively:

"Yes, Paula taped a segment on Monday, but she'll definitely be live on the show, too. Simon is in for a special treat. As for what exactly she's doing, producers haven't nailed it down yet. Several ideas are floating around, like possibly a stage performance, but it may all change last minute."

Just this week, CBS announced that Paula will be mentor, coach, lead judge and executive producer of the upcoming show, Got to Dance. But will that be Paula's only TV gig?

Simon's certainly made it clear that Paula is in the running to become a judge on the US version of The X Factor. As for whether Paula will be pulling double duty on both shows, our source tells us:

"Simon has certainly not closed the door on this one. It's no secret that he loves Paula and knows she'll bring in the ratings. He still very much wants Paula to be a part of this new venture especially since it'll be going up against American Idol. But he has time to make the final deal happen. The show is still a year away from premiering, so until Simon wraps up Idol and takes a little vacation, the final X Factor details won't be announced for a while."

John Travolta and Kelly Preston have already confirmed that they're expecting, and it looks like it's going to be twins!

“They were ecstatic when they thought they were having just one baby,” source tells Star mag. “Now that there will be two, they can barely contain their happiness!”

The source says Kelly began in vitro fertilization treatments, which increased the chance of conceiving twins, and the actress is already busy preparing for their arrival. Though a rep for the Travoltas has yet to confirm the news, the source added, "She’s having the time of her life looking at all the cute little outfits and toys online!"

Uh oh! Looks like the mag got their story wrong! A rep for the Travolta family tells X17online that the happy couple are not expecting twins and the story is "totally false."

Say what? You'd think she'd never want to do a red carpet event again!

But The Blind Side actress isn't letting this cheating scandal bring her down - while nothing is confirmed, Sandra Bullock's stylist has been pulling together possible outfits in case she decides to attend the MTV Movie Awards in LA on June 6th, according to E! Online... yay!

The Oscar-winner is up for Best Female Performance in The Blind Side and Best Comedic Performance The Proposal, not to mention Best Kiss with Ryan Reynolds - we def hope she wins that! A Sandra/Ryan lip-lock would be de-lish.

Ben Affleck grabbed his daughter Violet from school yesterday, and we didn't get a glimpse of her precious face, but we did spot some patches of grey on Ben's beard. Think Jen likes it? Or does she want him to look into some Just For Men? Just for Ben?

Yesterday Katy Perry went shopping at Maxfield, and we caught the singer making a mad dash to her car on the way out. Though she was dressed in a super cute summer outfit, we're not sure what was up with the super high ponytail...it's sticking straight up in every single picture we snapped of her! And what's this? Bad angle or some Mischa Barton style problems?

Lindsay Lohan seemed to be back to her old habits last night, hanging at her old haunt -- the Chateau Marmont. BUT our photographers on the scene observed a slightly different Lindsay ...

In addition to a new look, Linds was downing a new drink - WATER! - and refraining from her usually frequent bathroom breaks.

Lilo chilled on the patio at the hotel with friends until 2 am and by all accounts, she was a good girl. Here's what one of our photographers tells us:

"Lindsay was happy to show off her new look but she was definitely more calm and mellow than usual. She just sat at the table chatting, drinking water, she smiled occasionally. But it definitely wasn't a wild night out."

So there you have it! A sober Lindsay, but still a night owl. Can Ms. Lohan keep it together if she surrounds herself with drinks and other party favors? Can a girl on probation continue clubbing and not end up getting herself in trouble???
