The court usually gives actress turned tabloid sensation Lindsay Lohan a slap on the wrist - but not this time around!

LiLo finally made it to her progress report hearing this morning after missing it last Thursday, and Judge Marsha Revel showed her who's boss...

The long list of probation terms include the following: No drugs or alcohol, she must wear the SCRAM device (despite lawyer Holley's protests about "upcoming photo shoots," etc.), she must submit to random drug testing and attend all necessary alcohol education classes - both of which must be done locally in Los Angeles.

Basically, Lindsay is not allowed to leave the city! So much for traveling to Texas for "work."

Violating any of these probation terms would almost guarantee a jail sentence. But is Linds strong enough to control herself? She's typically hanging out at a bar or club throughout the night... will the threat of jail finally force her to suddenly change her habits?

The formal violation hearing will take place on July 6th, so LiLo at least needs to comply with these orders until then if she wants to avoid time in the clink. That's about a month and a half of wearing the SCRAM bracelet! So what's the verdict: Can she do it or not?

And according to Tila, she will be on Celebrity Rehab - "I pack my bags and leave in about 9 more days to film." And there you go!
