The Kardashian sisters - and mom Kris Jenner - are finally spilling the beans!

All four women sat down with ABC's Cynthia McFadden for a Nightline interview and dished about their businesses, plastic surgeries and the show vs. reality.

Kourtney again confirms she's had breast implants, adding that her "boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding," and Kim admits to having "tried botox before." But that's it! Kim also says she's "totally not against plastic surgery."

None of them have had nose jobs though! So they claim.

Khloe talked about filming her wedding for E!, and explains that the network only paid for "whatever they needed for filming purposes," not the wedding itself. And was it really true love or just for ratings? "Well, I'm still married," says Khloe. "I don't need ratings like that."

Finally, mom Kris does admit she "thought it was a good idea" for daughter Kim to pose in Playboy. McFadden pressed: "You were pushing her. Let's be honest." Awk moment!

Kim also clears up previous comments she made about regretting the Playboy shoot. Apparently, she only wishes she hadn't "lost 15 pounds" at the time. And we agree - Kim looks better curvy!

Brittany Murphy's husband was apparently due for a heart bypass before his sudden death last night, but kept putting the surgery off.

"I was told he needed a bypass," Roger Neal, a spokesperson for Simon, Sharon and the Brittany Murphy Foundation said. "I said to him, 'Simon, you have so much going on, let's keep you healthy.' I said, 'You want to be healthy. Don't you?' He said yes, but he said, 'The bypass can wait.'"

Simon was found unconscious by Murpy's mother Sharon in the Hollywood Hills home he shared with Brittany last night around 9pm after he suffered an apparent cardiac arrest and called the paramedics, who pronounced him dead after being unable to resuscitate him. Ironically, it was also Sharon who discovered her daughter unconscious in the same home just five months ago.

L.A. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said "We're not sure if it is natural causes or a possible accident, maybe because of the prescription medication found there."

Official cause of death is still yet to be determined.

Lindsay is now wearing her SCRAM ankle bracelet, and her dad Michael couldn't be happier about it. However, Lohan believes that there are a slew of doctors who must be investigated for overmedicating his daughter. He tells X17online exclusively:

"I'm just happy that Lindsay is going to get this over with and prove herself. However, while I realize that the court can't do anything about the prescription drugs, someone needs to investigate Lindsay's doctors who are writing out those prescriptions. To this day, Lindsay shouldn't be on any prescription medications because as long as she is, she will never be herself or be able to use her gifts of acting and singing."

Michael says since the courts aren't doing an investigation on the doctors, he is now organizing his own investigation.

Lindsay Lohan made it clear before court today that she was upset about not being able to attend her brother's graduation - well, if she came home from Cannes when she was supposed to, the hearing wouldn't have been delayed! Ugh.

Now LiLo has returned to Twitter (it's been days since she posted anything, minus the "R.I.P Simon Monjack" last night) to vent...

In another clip from his first interview since the cheating scandal broke, Jesse James says he "wanted to get caught" cheating on wife Sandra Bullock.

"During the midst of it, it made me feel horrible... I knew I wanted to get caught," Jesse told Nightline in the clip. "I know for a fact what it was... it was me trying to self-sabotage my life."

The self-proclaimed "most hated man in the world" went on to say that he is "100% sure" Sandra will divorce him. "The last person I wanted to hurt or harm is her or the kids," he said. "I spent my whole life with the kids and with her trying to protect her and protect her from everything. The most hurt she's ever been caused is by the person who wanted to protect her."

Perhaps he should have considered that before he "wanted" to cheat!

Just days after breaking up with boyfriend Ryan Cabrera, Audrina Patridge returned from her sexy Costa Rican vacay -- with ex Justin Bobby!

Audrina hit the Central American country with fellow Hills pal (not to mention Justin's other ex) Kristin Cavallari. They famously fought over the hottie during last season of The Hills, but have become fast friends since they both ditched the dirty hot biker boy.

We spotted the girls returning together Friday night, but we didn't notice Justin Bobby following behind Audrina -- until now!

But with this new little twist in the mix, we wonder if the truce ended the moment Justin Bobby came back, or if they all kiss and made up in the end!

Lindsay Lohan left the Beverly Hills court house this morning at 10:50am with her hot new accessory - a SCRAM bracelet! But hey, she had to wear one after her 2007 DUI, so it's not like this is anything new for her.

After Judge Marsha Revel laid down the law on Lilo at her progress hearing, the starlet was told she had 24 hours to get an alcohol monitoring anklet, and rather than waiting until the last minute, the actress actually took care of the matter immediately. Court spokesperson Allan Parachini informed the press that Lindsay left with the SCRAM bracelet, but it looks like this was her plan all along -- after all, she had the smarts to wear a pair of pants rather than a flirty dress.

Wouldn't want anyone to get a shot of her clunky new jewelry!
