Too high if you ask me! Am I the only person that gets freaked out when parents throw their kids up in the air?

Matthew McConaughey hit the beach in the 'Bu over the weekend and not only did Matty ride some waves - nice to see him bust out the muscles too, a sure sign summer is basically here! - he also played around with little Levi. I bet they make a great father/son pair. Levi's even growing his hair out like dad!

Brittany Murphy's widow, Simon Monjack, was found dead last night in the Hollywood Hills home he shared with his late wife and her mother.

In fact it was Sharon Murphy who found her daughter dead in the couple's shower, in the same home, just five months ago and it was Sharon who discovered Simon's body last night around 9:30 PM in the master bedroom.

Murphy called 911 and Monjack was pronounced dead after paramedics performed CPR but were unable to resuscitate him. Reports say cardiac arrest was the cause of death.

Police tell X17 there is no evidence of foul play and there will not be an investigation into Monjack's death. His body is at the coroner's office for an autopsy.

Picky much? Still, it's nice to see any kind of an expression on her face! Tom Cruise's wife looked somewhat annoyed during a Barneys shoe shopping spree with daughter Suri on Sunday. Beverly Hills does NOT have enough stores!

Lindsay is finally back in the States to face the judge in her DUI case, but X17online has learned that Lilo's parents will not be by her side this time around.

Michael Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"I am in NY and not going to Lindsay's appearance tomorrow. The hearing is of no consequence because incarceration or judgment are not options at this time.. Dina and I will be at the probation violation hearing, at which time, we will support Lindsay, in a way that will help her and be of best benefit to her present state and well being."

Judge Marsha Revel, who issued last week's arrest warrant, was going to be absent from court due to a vacation leave; however we've now learned that she'll postpone her vacation one more day to handle Lindsay's case. Now that's dedication!

Hope the lavish trip to Cannes was worth it, Lindsay ...

The troubled Hollywood starlet FINALLY landed at LAX around 7pm yesterday, didn't go out later last night and hasn't Tweeted in days... has this even happened before?

It seems pretty obvious that LiLo fears she's going to be used as an example of "what not to do" by the court tomorrow - the 23-year-old has been rescheduled to appear Monday at 8:30 am, no excuses this time!

Allegedly, Lindsay has indeed violated the terms of her probation stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest. But does she deserve jail? It can happen to anyone, even celebs... just ask Paris. And despite the fact that her father Michael doesn't want her to go to prison, he also claims to be a changed man after spending time in the clink.

And after a week of going to Cannes to, er, "promote" her Linda Lovelace/Inferno flick, missing her mandatory progress hearing, having a warrant issued for her arrest and then ridiculously claiming her dad stole her passport (not to mention that new cocaine picture), maybe jail isn't the worst thing for La Lohan.

I didn't even know she had any! Aside from Tom and Suri, of course. Donning a striped shirt and too-old-for-her tan pants, Katie Holmes attended a get together in Bev Hills yesterday afternoon sans her hubby and daughter. Must be nice to take a break from the fam and visit with pals!
