Michael Lohan and his attorney Lisa Bloom are calling today's court hearing a victory. Even though Lindsay Lohan was a no-show for her mandatory DUI progress hearing, Michael was happy with the judge's ruling.

X17online exclusively caught up with Lindsay's dad outside the Beverly Hills courthouse where he addresses his thoughts on his daughter going to jail, and whether Dina will be joining the fight to save Lindsay.

He tells X17, "Dina loves Lindsay. She'll be here when she needs her."

Courtney Love has slept with everybody! According to her, that is.

After claiming she dated Gavin Rossdale while he was with Gwen Stefani, the Hole singer now says in a new interview that she bedded British supermodel Kate Moss, adding: "I hope she doesn't get mad that I outed her about it." Court goes on...

"It was Kate Moss. She doesn't care. It's a great story for the grandchildren, so yeah. Kate wasn't doing a lot of drugs. It was just a thing that happened in Milan in the 90s. I feel like such a kiss and tell. Kate's great, though! Kate's a good friend of mine."

Hmm... think they'll be good friends after this? I dunno if I believe it! I mean, Kate Moss, really?

He's pulling a Taylor Swift!

The sequel to Valentine's Day, entitled New Year's Eve, already has a release date: December 9, 2011.

"Already they're mentioning Justin Bieber," director Garry Marshall told MTV News. "I have no idea who that is, but I'm sure we'll meet."

What! Marshall doesn't have Bieber fever like the rest of the world?

The director already has a script and hopes to get more of his actor friends to star in the sequel (like Reese Witherspoon and Halle Berry), but notes that the casting people are all about Justin Bieber.

Sounds like it'll be a hit regardless!

Last night Jessica Simpson and an overprotective gal pal had a dinner date at Nobu in West Hollywood, and we snapped the busty blonde looking a bit pouty in her car afterward. Love those lips!

Yesterday we reported that sultry young starlet Megan Fox would not be returning for the third installment of the Transformers franchise...

Now her rep has released the following statement:

"Megan Fox will not be starring in Transformers 3. It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best."

Sounds like The Fox wants to make sure everyone knows that she wasn't given the boot!

Let's not forget what the actress said about director Michael Bay in the past: "He's like Napoleon," she told Wonderland Magazine. "He wants to create this insane, infamous mad-man reputation. He wants to be like Hitler on his sets, and he is. So he's a nightmare to work for."

Ouch! Meanwhile, Heidi Montag has expressed interest in starring in the film via Twitter: "Michael Bay I love your work! I know what a artistic brilliant genius you are! Cast me in the next Transformers."

I know Michael and Megan technically patched things up, but we have to wonder whether or not the rest of the cast and crew really wanted to work with her again... and it looks like Heidi is ready and willing to jump on board and replace her!

Lindsay Lohan was supposed to appear at the Beverly Hills courthouse at 8:30am this morning, and Judge Marsha Revel issued an arrest warrant for the 23-year-old starlet and had some very stern words for Lindsay's lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.

Judge Revel has set Lindsay's bail at $100,000, but she did set several restrictions should Lindsay post bail when she returns. Revel will be out of town so another judge will be handling her case next week, and it seems as though she wants to make sure Lindsay can't find a way to dodge the legal system. Conditions that the court will have placed if Lindsay does bail out include no alcohol consumption, having a scram device placed on her as soon as she returns to the states, along with random drug testing once a week.

Judge Revel noted that Lindsay "has a history of not keeping scheduled appointments", as she was nearly two hours late for her last court appearance. Revel added that there was "no valid excuse" for Lindsay missing this one, and she didn't seem to care that Lindsay had a positive progress report from Right On programs.

Though Lindsay Lohan is required to show up to her DUI progress report hearing at 8:30am in Beverly Hills, the starlet partied the night away in Cannes on a yacht, and she returned to her hotel at 5am.

As we've previously reported, Lindsay claims she can't return to the states because she lost her passport, and the earliest the starlet might make it back would be Friday.

Per order of Judge Marsha Revel, a personal appearance by Lindsay is mandatory, and she will likely issue a bench warrant for Lindsay's arrest this morning.
