Here's Miley Cyrus' new music video for "Can't Be Tamed," and we're not sure what happened to Hannah Montana, but if this is the new Miley, we're all for it!

When asked about the hot new video, Miley told Ryan Seacrest, "The reason I loved doing this video is because I wanted it to be something different for a female artist. It is a sexy video, and you can't really take that away from it, but it's not the premise ... It's not a new Miley; it's just a new part of me."

Yesterday we caught hot rocker Joel Madden shopping with his darling daughter Harlow, and the two dropped by American Girl for some goodies. Of course, the two-year-old seems to have inherited mom's playful streak...

And speaking of mom, where was she? We later spotted Nicole Richie and uncle Benji at Milk Studios for the Charlotte Ronson and JC Penney Spring Cocktail Jam. After Joel took off for Vegas, it looks like little miss Harlow spent her night with the nanny.

Lindsay Lohan was deposed all day today (after arriving late this morning) at an attorney's office in Venice Beach and she certainly looked happy when it was all over!

Her mom Dina stayed by her side the whole time, except around 12:30 pm when she left to grab lunch with a couple of assistants.

And all this after a night of partying!

Question is, how will the outcome of this session - which concerns Lindsay allegedly hijacking a car with unwilling passengers for a PCH joyride in 2007 - affect the actress legally and/or financially?

We're hearing that Dina is genuinely worried that this could mean trouble for her daughter's career (and mental state) and that the attorneys questioning Linds were out for blood.

After all, being grilled for seven long hours is no party! Except for the media outside ...



And when the pair left, photographers asked Dina about her ex-husband's claims she's not a good mom and well, check out her response ...

She must want to work off all that ice cream she ate over the weekend! Or Ashley Tisdale just wants to tone up her bikini bod what with summer fast approaching. Either way, the Disney starlet looks hot hot hot! And I'm sure boyfriend Scott doesn't have any complaints...
