Dina Lohan left Lindsay's deposition at 12:30 to grab lunch for the group with a couple of assistants.

When she returned with lunch, photogs asked "how's the deposition going?" but Dina refused to comment.

Lindsay's currently talking to lawyers about a 2007 incident in which she's accused of hijacking a car with unwilling passengers which led to a DUI charge.

Last night, Lindsay and her mom, who had just arrived in LA from NYC, were out together until 2:30am.

Bret Michaels is now in "stable condition," according to Michaels' doctor, Dr. Joseph Zabrowski. The rock star, who suffered a brain hemorrhage weeks ago, is currently recovering from the Barrow Neurological Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital. He's been undergoing extensive testing since he was admitted April 22.

After three angiograms, his doctor says Michaels' blood vessels are in great condition and his diabetes hasn't caused any additional complications.

Dr. Zabrowski says the Poison frontman is currently suffering from chemical meningitis ... a painful inflammation to the tissue covering the brain and spinal cord, but he's expected "to make a 100% recovery."

Michaels has been discharged to an undisclosed location, however he will continue to receive therapy and treatment. "He is walking very well," Dr. Zabrowski adds.

The doctor says that the appendectomy from last month did not contribute to the brain hemorrhage. Michaels has been ordered to avoid strenuous activity for 4 - 6 weeks.

Sex and the City's Kristin Davis shows off a stunningly slimmer figure in a new photo, but despite appearing far less "hippy" than usual, she says SATC bosses never pressured her to look perfect.

"You get a lot of criticism out in the world or on the internet about how you look," she told UK's Red Magazine. "Fat here, fat there. Hippy this, hippy that. That has been my entire career. But never at work," she said. "No one at Sex and the City has ever asked any of us four girls to lose weight. Thank God."

However, despite saying she wasn't pressured to shed the pounds, we've never seen Charlotte look this slim and, dare I say, sexy?
