With mom Dina by her side, troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan waded through a swarm of paps to get inside her attorney's office in Venice Beach earlier this morning.

Twenty minutes late, but still! At least she made it. And considering she was out partying with BFF slash mother Dina Lohan until 2:30 a.m., I'm surprised she showed up at all!

Ellen DeGeneres is saying sorry to Apple for a video she played on The Ellen DeGeneres Show involving the iPhone.

In the video, she pokes fun at the iPhone commercials while pretending to have difficulty using the device while calling her wife Portia. However, Steve Jobs and the folks at Apple aren't laughing. Ellen says she "got in trouble." Come on, guys. Can't you take a joke?

Ellen makes light of the situation telling her audience that she loves her iPhone, iPad, iPod ... and even iHop!
