Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina recently sat down with ET to tape a Mother's Day-themed interview, and despite reports the pair was paid $10,000 for the chat, a spokesperson from ET tells X17online that "we didn't pay her a dime."

Although several news outlets routinely deny paying celebrities for interviews, in the past producers have paid a hefty license fee for photos and videos used in the piece.

We asked ET if this was the case with Lindsay, and the response was simply "I think the quote speaks for itself."

I guess it was a Mother's Day gift from Lindsay to Dina!

Last night, the pair partied together until 2:30 am (gallery below). Today, they are expected at her attorney's office where Lindsay is being deposed for a 2007 incident where Lindsay allegedly hijacked a SUV and took three unwilling passengers on a high speed chase down the Pacific Coast Highway.

A New Jersey judge has agreed to hear a suit against the producers of MTV's hit show Jersey Shore, which claims castmembers deliberately provoked fights in order for producers to profit from the “criminal enterprise.”

An attorney filed suit in March seeking damages on behalf of three clients who were involved in fights with the show's Ronnie Magro.

A judge refused a motion to dismiss the claim that the defendants violated New Jersey's racketeering statute on Friday, reports The AP.

Yesterday Mischa Barton didn't have time to stop and pose for a self-portrait after leaving the gym, so she simply took one in traffic while driving her caddy down Sunset Boulevard!

Sure, it's technically not illegal (yet) to do a cell phone photo shoot while driving, but considering Mischa's history with cars, perhaps she should just keep her hands and eyes on the road!

Christina Aguilera is set to perform her new single "Not Myself Tonight," and even more performers and presenters will be announced in the days and weeks to come.

MTV has also announced three new categories in this year's awards show: Biggest Bad-Ass Star; Best Scared-As-Sh*t Performance and Global Superstar. We'll be watching!

Poor Linds is looking a little worse for wear ... but apparently her mom Dina thinks all is well in Lindsayland!

After touching down at LAX yesterday evening around 5:30pm, Lohan and her mom spent a late night out -- going to the Chateau Marmont at 10pm and then over to the Chateau bar at 1:30am for about an hour before heading home. And don't forget these two came from New York so with the jet lag, it was like staying up until 5:30 in the morning! And she's gotta be in a lawyer's office in a few hours!

Our photographer on the scene said: "Lindsay didn't look good. Her face is so puffy and she seemed exhausted. And everyone around is just looking at Dina like, 'why the hell are you partying with your daughter?' Doesn't she see what she's doing and how weird and wrong it is?"

Anyway, you just have to look at Lindsay's face (and her belly) to see the toll all her partying is taking on her young body. If Lindsay won't get a grip and her mom won't help, it looks like dad Michael's the only one who may come to her rescue!
