Last night Victoria Beckham jetted out of LAX in her uniform of classy black clothes and sunglasses, and as always, she maintained her very best poker face.

Or maybe she was thinking about one of the many projects she's got lined up this year? Rumor has it Beyonce asked Posh to help her design costumes for her upcoming tour this winter. "Victoria was flattered and has agreed, in principle, to suggest some designs," a source tells The Daily Mirror. "While Beyonce already has the sunnies and a few dresses, it is Victoria's more elegant full-length designs that she particularly loves as they are a real departure from her usual glitzy stage costumes. This collaboration could be the start of something big." Sounds fancy!

And she's even being escorted to tomorrow's deposition by her mother Dina to ensure that she actually shows up on time!

After missing her first two court dates (remember, she decided that shopping with her little sister was more important?), it looks like someone is finally laying down the law with 23-year-old Lindsay Lohan.

Tuesday's deposition is related to the 2007 incident where Lindsay essentially hijacked a SUV and took three unwilling passengers on a high speed chase down the Pacific Coast Highway. A judge has said that if Lindsay does not appear for questioning, the case will be decided against her. Michael Lohan told X17online, "We'll see what happens tomorrow," and while we're pretty sure Lindsay wouldn't be so foolish as to miss this legal date, her track record is certainly predicting a different outcome!

Damn, it's like watching her transform into her OC character Marissa Cooper!

In case you missed it, Mischa Barton downed beer and wine at a big party over the weekend with fellow party girl Peaches and wasn't afraid to let everyone see. Guess this is one way to forget the fact that you're not working! But should she be doing it so openly in public?

Lindsay, Lindsay, Lindsay. First of all, why did you message SamRo again? Especially signing it with "xx always always." Just the other day, she was complaining about the DJ, saying she was "tired of @samantharonson playing the innocent card." Make up your mind, girl!

And now Linds is messaging her on-and-off Gucci model Adam Senn, but why? They last hooked up in late March at Voyeur after Adam ditched the girl he came with for Lindsay. Yeah, sounds like a real winner!

Stay focused on your career (which apparently includes playing a porn star!), the depo tomorrow and clearing up any and all drama with your father. Lindsay also Tweeted "oh, mother daughter time... here we go lol" a bit ago. Guess Dina is gonna make sure her daughter stays afloat this time!

Bones actor David Boreanaz has admitted to cheating on his wife after rumors late last year that he had been with Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel. Borneaz, 40, is working on saving his marriage of nearly nine years with actress Jaime Bergman. He tells People magazine:

"Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities. I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible."

The actor says he's coming forward because a former mistress has threatened to contact media outlets about the alleged affair. The report does not name Uchitel and the club promoter's attorney Gloria Allred could not be reached for comment. Borneaz says:

"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with. She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."

As for the state of his relationship with Bergman, he adds, "We're working on our marriage. We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."

Wait, you mean there's more to the cast than Snooki, The Situation, JWoww and Pauly D?

Here are two Jersey kids that Prez Obama did NOT mention in his speech this weekend - Ronnie and Sammi Sweetheart! Interesting to note, Sammi is the only person on the MTV hit that is actually from New Jersey.
