Matt Damon is going to be a dad again, his rep confirms to X17online. "They are thrilled," she tells us.

Damon, 39, and Luciana, 34, are already parents to 3-year-old Isabella and 21-month-old Gia. Luciana's daughter Alexia, 11, is from a previous marriage. The couple were married in December 2005.

As for having kids Damon said recently: "They kind of disabuse you of the notion of your greatness pretty quickly. There's a routine that you get into with kids that precludes you from going back to your single days. I'm probably more boring than I used to be. I go to bed earlier and I get up earlier."

An ad featuring a fake-baked Kelly Osbourne who claims the spray tan makes her feel "10 lbs. skinnier" has been yanked after causing controversy in the UK.

"I looked healthy, I looked like 10lb skinnier, and it started to make me look at my body in a different way," Kelly said in a video that's been removed from the site. "It made me look at what looked better rather than what I didn't like, and I kind of got addicted."

St. Tropez Tan teamed up with Kelly Osbourne and The Prince's Trust charity, which helps disadvantaged youth, for a campaign aimed at young girls, but angry parents complained that Kelly's airbrushed pic, which features the words "self-esteem" painted across her chest are sending the wrong message.

"Telling impressionable young girls that having a spray tan and appearing on a reality TV show is the way to make yourself feel better is about as far off from my understanding of self-esteem as you can get," says Abi Moore of PinkStinks, a group set up by two mothers worried about the impact of marketing on girls.

The tanning company will still donate $15 for every $75 bottle sold, but The Prince's Trust confirmed to the Daily Mail last night that it is no longer supporting the campaign.

But Michelle Feeney, of St Tropez, said "We will continue to work with this brilliant charity to raise much-needed funds."

We spotted Jesse James out this morning, taking his daughters Sunny and Chandler to school for the first time after spending a few weeks in an Arizona rehab, presumably having sought treatment for sex addiction.

Meanwhile, estranged wife Sandra Bullock must be missing the girls after getting to spend some time with them while Jesse was away. In fact, a source tells X17online exclusively Sandra has been "stressed out" and "depressed" and that "things are crazier than ever" for the Oscar winner.

Will Sandra continue enjoying visitation with Jesse's kids now that he's back and able to care for them himself? And now that they've both taken off their wedding rings, does it signify the end of their marriage?

Our source tells X17 exclusively the two may be planning to meet to discuss just these things:

"People from Jesse's rehab want Sandra to meet Jesse so they can confront this situation and Sandra is all for it. I'm so surprised, but she wants to give him a piece of her mind."

That would mean Jesse's seeking out-patient therapy and still being guided by rehab counselors in some way. It is typical of any sort of addiction therapy that the patient confront those they've hurt to apologize and seek forgiveness. But will Sandra forgive Jesse?

Michael Lohan is fuming that someone hacked into his Twitter account earlier today, posting Tweets claiming his his daughter Lindsay has HIV and slept with music mogul Tommy Mottola when she was 17 years-old.

Michael tells us: "I will NOT let this continue to happen. These are 100% lies and I will sue whoever did this."

And Lohan ain't lying! Lisa Bloom, Michael's attorney, tells X17online, "We will pursue all legal remedies, including criminal charges, against the perpetrator of this despicable act."

Bloom also released this statement to X17online:

Last week, many web, print and television media ran a false and defamatory story about Michael and Lindsay Lohan. The false story said that Michael had posted statements on his Twitter page that his daughter Lindsay was HIV positive and had sexual relations with a studio executive at age 17. These statements about Lindsay are completely false. And Michael Lohan never tweeted any such thing.

As soon as Michael Lohan was alerted by reporters that such statements had been allegedly been posted on his Twitter page, Lohan, through his counsel, Lisa Bloom, insisted that he never posted them and that his account must have been hacked.

Nevertheless, many news organizations, blogs, and gossip sites ran with the story, without checking in any way to confirm its authenticity. Many also insinuated or stated outright that they did not believe Lohan’s denial.

The lie began on popular online message board, where a community member posted a Photoshopped, fake picture of Michael Lohan’s Twitter page, adding in the fake tweets about Lindsay. The tweets, in fact, never existed.

Each media outlet that broadcast this fake tweet as true or possibly true has damaged Michael Lohan irreparably by spreading the reprehensible lie that Michael made the statement about his own daughter. This is especially damaging at a time when Michael is working tirelessly behind the scenes to obtain help for his daughter.

Michael Lohan, through his attorney, Lisa Bloom, demands that each and every outlet that ran this false and defamatory story immediately issue a prominent retraction thereof together with an apology to Michael and Lindsay Lohan. Said retraction and apology should be at least as prominent as the initial story or stories that ran, i.e. on the first page of the site or publication, or at the top of the television program, if applicable.

Michael Lohan reserves the right to take all appropriate legal action in the event retractions and apologies are not issued appropriately. Michael Lohan loves his daughter and his #1 priority is to save and protect her.

The Queen of Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow, admitted that sometimes she wears earplugs to deal with her noisy kids Apple and Moses.

"They're kids and they have to do what they have to do. You just have to wear earplugs sometimes," she told Ellen Degeneres, in a show airing today.

"I started to [wear them] with all these toys that make noise, instead of smashing the toys when I haven't slept and, like, lose my mind," Gwyn said, "I just put on headphones or earplugs."

Despite having to plug her ears when the kids get a little out of control, Gwyneth said she'd still like to have another one. "I would love to have another child at some point. I feel very, very lucky that I have two healthy, nice ones," the Iron Man 2 star revealed.

Does this mean she'll put her return to movies on hold again?
