Despite the drama Lindsay Lohan has had this past week (including getting BANNED from Trousdale), at the end of the day, she's gotta hustle!

Last night Lindsay returned to Millions Of Milkshakes in West Hollywood (you know, the same shop that reportedly paid her to make an appearance last summer), and this time she brought her sister Ali along for the adventure.

It's widely known that the owner of the shop pays celebrities hefty sums of money to visit his shop for paparazzi photo ops, and he's even helped organize money for stars to make appearances overseas! Hopefully Lindsay gave Ali a cut of her paycheck ... and the number of a good eyebrow lady!



Hey, it could be worse - at least Lindsay's not doing XXX films!

Last night after being released from custody, Tito Ortiz and his attorney held a press conference in North Hollywood where a tearful Tito revealed that the mother of his twin boys has been fighting an addiction to Oxycontin for "well over a year."

"Unfortunately, this morning Jenna relapsed, and suffered the consequences of that," Tito's attorney Chip Matthews said. "When Tito confronted her about the drugs he had found, she denied it and had some emotional breakdown over it."

Matthews also intimated that Jenna was high at the time of the fight, and that she simply lost her balance, which caused the apparent bruises.

Tito got very emotional when he said he hopes "Jenna will be okay."

As for Jenna, she's taken to Twitter to defend her character, saying:

"Its sad tito had to resort to attacking my character. I am being strong for my children, and I hope he feels a bit better now."

Cops were called to the couple's Huntington Beach home yesterday morning for a "disturbance." After police conducted an investigation, Tito was taken away in handcuffs, while an obviously upset Jenna was spotted with a brace on her arm.

Ortiz and Jameson have been together for almost four years and have two one-year-old twin boys together.

Jennifer Lopez was snapped leaving her Paris hotel looking like a million bucks, and just a few hours later we spotted her on the red carpet in Madrid for a photo call for The Back-Up Plan. Heidi and Spencer Pratt are lending their reality star power to raise awareness for Autism through a surf clinic and charity golf tournament. The Pratts' longtime friend, and professional surfer, Lexi Vonderlieth will ride some waves for the cause ... even giving Heidi personal surf lessons. "You'd be surprised at how good Heidi is on the board," Lexi tells X17online.

Sources close to the couple tell X17online exclusively, "Heidi has been taking time away from her busy schedule to prepare for these fundraisers. They want to have it this August. Spencer plans on shooting both events for a 30 minute documentary with all the money raised going for the cause."
