After this week's amazing Glee episode that featured all Madonna songs, celebs are lining up to be featured in the hit series -- including Britney Spears!

"Do you guys want to see a Britney Spears episode of GLEE?" her manager tweeted last week.

He even started a new hashtag, #BritneySpearsGLEE, which has been trending on Twitter.

But Brit's not the only celeb who wants a piece of Glee, Jennifer Lopez says she's dying to appear on the show. “I sat down with [show creator] Ryan Murphy and we talked me doing something on Glee," she told Ellen Degeneres yesterday. But Lopez won't be getting the Madonna treatment. Murphy previously said he had something else in store for Lopez: he wants her to play the lunch lady. "“I was like, ‘Yeah, yeah whatever. I’m a huge fan,’" Lopez said.

Glee will be debuting a Lady GaGa episode later this season, and Murphy told Entertainment Weekly earlier this week that he's in talks with Madonna for another episode featuring her extensive catalogue.

Out with the new and in with the old -- After breaking up with Doug Reinhardt, Paris Hilton is rekindling her romance with her ex-fiance, model Jason Shaw!

The two were an item from 2001-2003 (back when Paris was practically a baby!) and were even planning on marrying before they broke it off.

After the romantic dinner last night, Paris tweeted, "Just got home from an amazing dinner at Woo Lae Oak. Had such a nice time. :) So Happy!"

You know what they say about your first love -- now that they're both a bit older and wiser, maybe it's time to give it another shot! You know their babies would be totally gorge!

Bret Michaels' condition has stablilized after being rushed to intensive care following a massive brain hemorage Thursday night.

Michaels was originally hospitalized in San Antonio, Texas on April 12th for an emergency appendectomy while on his Roses & Thorns tour.

Bret's father, Wally Sychek, says he spoke to his son yesterday morning and "He sounded upbeat and positive but they had him sedated," Sychek told Radar Online. "But he's doing good. He sounded like my son."

Bret's father also confirms that the hemorrage, as well as the emergency appendectomy, are a result of Bret's longtime struggles with diabetes.

Bret recently blogged that the appendectomy was "a wake up call" to his recent drinking, which can exacerbate his diabetic condition.

After being hospitalized in San Antonio, Texas on April 12 for an emergency appendectomy, rocker Bret Michaels was rushed to intensive care on Thursday night after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage.

Michaels is in critical condition at an undisclosed Los Angeles-area hospital, and his rep has confirmed to X17online that he has undergone several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram as doctors are trying to find the cause of his bleeding.

It's not known whether his latest hospitalization is a result of his recent appendectomy or his diabetes, and Bret's publicist released the following statement to X17online, "We will have no additional information until further testing is done."

The musician is currently on tour, and his next scheduled show was supposed to be tonight in Fort Smith Arkansas, and on his official MySpace page, all concert dates through May 8 have been postponed or rescheduled.
