A source close to Isla Fisher confirms to X17online exclusively the actress is pregnant with her second child with husband Sacha Baron Cohen!

After looking at these photos of the actress in Beverly Hills today, it seems there's no doubt -- not only was she trying to cover up her bump with a baggy top and a strategically placed purse, but side shots don't lie.

We have contacted Isla's reps but don't have a firm answer yet. Funny ... they asked us to send a shot of her in which she looks pregnant and they said they'd get back to us. Hmmm ...

Isla and husband Sacha Baron Cohen were married last month in Paris, and they already have a daughter Olive, 2 1/2.

Christina Applegate is engaged to musician Martyn LeNoble.

Her rep confirms to X17online that after two years of dating, 38-year-old Applegate and 41-year-old LeNoble decided to tie the knot. The couple got engaged on Valentine's Day, but have kept the news of their upcoming nuptials under wraps...until now.

Applegate divorced husband, actor Johnathon Schaech back in 2007 and underwent a double mastectomy in her fight against breast cancer in August 2008. As for LeNoble, he's a founding member of the rock band Porno for Pyros.

A wedding date has not been set.

Luis Miguel is still alive, according to his reps at Warner Music. After being asked directly if the Latin superstar had passed, the rep tells X17online: "Well, if that were the case, I'm sure you would have heard about it already." Thanks for clarifying.

The internet is buzzing over rumors of the Latin superstar's grave health condition. Some online reports claim he is dealing with botched abdominal liposuction, and others have gone so far as to say he has passed away.

X17online has received hundreds of emails from fans all over the world asking about the Latin crooner's health.

When asked if Luis was alive and well, reps for Miguel tell X17online, "We cannot comment on the situation. That is personal, and we don't comment on those things. Luis is very private."

Katherine Heigl was in New York last night to be honored by the ASPCA, who feted the former Grey's Anatomy star with the Presidential Service Award at the organization's 13th Annual Bergh Ball.

Katherine, who started the charity Hounds of Hope to help save dogs from kill shelters in honor of her late brother Jason, an animal lover, told ET at the ball that "Life is great, it's really family oriented right now which feels fantastic, and feels as it should be." Katherine gushed about her adopted daughter, who is "still so new in our lives."

"They change every month so monumentally that every month she's a new kid. She just started walking this weekend, she started talking more last month, and if I were missing that right now, I would just be devastated," Heigl said, referring to her decision to leave her hit show to spend more time at home. I'm gonna miss [the show] for sure, I'm still a working mom, but I'm really grateful that I have the time with her that I do now."

Ethan Hawke was never the picture of the devoted family man (he and Uma Thurman split after rumors he had an affair with their nanny), but it seems as if he's trying to change his stripes with his new daugther, Clementine, with wife/former nanny Ryan Shawhughes.

Ethan's currently in Paris shooting The Woman in the Fifth, based on the book about a college professor (Hawke) who flees to Paris after a scandal costs him his job.

He's been shooting on location for most of the week, but was able to take some time off today to stroll the streets of Paris with his daughter and even take her to the park!

She looks adorbs, but Ethan looks as if he needs a nap!

Larry King and his estranged wife Shawn are "trying to work things out for the boys," a family source tells X17online exclusively.

According to the family source, the two young boys are the focus right now. "We're more concerned about Chance and Cannon. They need to be protected. It's their mom and dad, and the boys love them both very much. He's such a great father."

Sources close to Shawn say that this alleged scandal "has been devastating to us. We love Larry so much. I mean, it's just breaking all of our hearts. Larry has been so good to our family. We hope they can work it out."

As for the boys, they do have something to look forward to. 11-year-old Chance and 9-year-old Cannon have both been filming their new show Kid Pitch for Fox Sports Net. As hosts, they'll interview the biggest names in baseball...and deliver the info from a kid's point of view.

Sounds like a good distraction!
