Katie Holmes brought Suri to the New York set of Son of No One co-starring Channing Tatum yesterday, where Suri played peek-a-boo with the paps!

Looks like Katie was happy to get back to work as she giggled with Channing in a car during a scene and smiled for all the fans waiting outside to catch a glimpse of her.

While half of his family is living and working on the east coast, Tom Cruise was spotted back in Beverly Hills, going for a lonely bike ride (gallery below.)

So here's the story behind the story of these pictures the other day when we snapped Britney crying behind the wheel of her car ...

On Tuesday afternoon, Britney headed to the gym for a good sweaty workout. She was in a great mood when she left, according to an X17 photographer, "singing in the car, fist-pumping through the sunroof as she drove with her bodyguard in the passenger seat."

As the pair headed to the 405 Freeway to go back to her Calabasas home, Brit turned around and headed back to West Hollywood where she met up with Jason at his place.

Jason wanted to bring his car so he followed his girlfriend but at one point he decided to join her in her Mercedes G-Wagon and have her bodyguard drive his car. He called Brit on the phone to ask her to pull over, which she did, but she was blocking traffic and cars behind her started honking. This frustrated her and by the time Jason got to the car, she was ready to explode -- and she did!

Britney flew into a rage and, according to our photographer, "hit Jason in the face five or six times!" Apparently she was slapping him in the face -- our eyewitness says he's never seen anything like it:

"Britney was really upset. It looked like she was taking out years of frustration on Jason when she was hitting him. It wasn't like this was anger from one incident. It looks like she hates the guy! Why would you do that to someone you love?"

So what does this say about Britney and Jason's relationship? Are these two on the road to trouble? Could Britney be frustrated with the whole thing and want to end it? And even if she doesn't, is it a healthy relationship if Britney's abusing Jason? Seems like something's gotta give ...

This afternoon Katie Holmes stepped out of her New York City pad with a grocery bag and a Bloomie's bag, and even though she was dressed down and looking a bit exhausted, she still flashed photogs a smile. Aw, that's the spirit! But where was her little barefoot princess?

Heidi Montag is showing off her newly sculpted look in this promo picture from The Hills. A source close to the reality star had previously told X17online that "she wants to do less on-camera work and focus more on the behind-the-scenes aspect."

Although our favorite MTV reality show is ending this season, we can't wait to see where Heidi pops up next. Meanwhile, not to be mean, but what are Stephanie Pratt and Lo Bosworth going to do once The Hills ends?

Yesterday we snapped the girls lunching/filming in Brentwood, and it looks like they bit into something very sour. Either that or they got a taste of what life will be like once the cameras stop following them around!

The 33-year-old Swiss model/TV personality was snapped with her daughter in Miami the other day, and we can't get over how ridiculous her body is! This lady needs to come to LA stat!

Is Laurie Cholewa the one? Or will Gerard Butler run back to his Bounty Hunter co-star Jennifer Aniston as soon as he comes back to the states?

We already mentioned how the French TV journalist caught Gerard's eye, and it seems like the two are taking things very seriously, and very quickly! After meeting Gerard at a Bounty Hunter junket a few weeks ago, Cholewa has been spotted out with him all over Paris, and even though the hunky Scottish actor was rumored to be with Jen, it looks like he's forgotten all about her luscious locks and beautiful booty.

A source close to the reporter says she thinks Gerard is "absolutely fantastic" but it "looks as though she wants to talk about him all the time." Hey, if I was dating Gerard, I think I'd be tempted to brag a little bit too! But can she reel him in like Elisabetta did with George? Or is there no way to tame the Butler?

While Madonna was off breaking ground on her new school for girls in Malawi, her boyfriend Jesus was back in his native Brazil where sources tell X17online that he's partying up a storm ... with another woman!

Wednesday night, Jesus spent the evening in the Ipanema area of Rio de Janeiro, where he was seen having a great time with DJ pals Julia Almeida and Fernando Torquatto. But that's not all -- a spy tells X17online that Jesus was also "dancing and flirting" with several other women, including Julia!

Less than a month ago, Jesus said he already felt "married" to Madonna, and that her kids were his kids. So why wouldn't he accompany his "family" to Malawi on what must be an emotional trip for David and Mercy, who were to be reunited with their biological families?

Although who could blame a 23-year-old for preferring to party in his hometown rather than dig wells in Africa!

Will Taylor Momsen's Gossip Girl character Jenny Humphrey be ditching her queen bee status for good? A source close to the set is reporting that 16-year-old Momsen will not be in a number of next season's episodes for "creative" reasons.

A show insider tells EW's Michael Ausiello, "When you watch the finale, you'll see that we're doing something very big with her character."

The newest promo for the April 26 episode shows Lil' J making her move on Nate, played by Chace Crawford. So the girl is definitely ruffling feathers on the show! With a budding music career and reported diva-like behavior both on and off set, could Momsen be getting too big for her young Gossip Girl britches?

We hope Jenny stays! But either way, can't wait to watch the teen drama unfold.
