Lindsay Lohan wants the world to know that she's more than just a party girl who falls down once in awhile. The 23-year-old actress traveled to India last December for a BBC documentary to meet with kids who have been saved from sex trafficking.

The actress had traveled to the continent on a tourist visa rather than a work visa, which is a violation of the country's visa rules. As a result, reports claim that Lindsay is now on the country's immigration blacklist.

Lindsay caused controversy when she tweeted about her Indian adventure saying, "Over 40 children saved so far ... Within one day's work ... This is what life is about ... Doing THIS is a life worth living!!!", which ruffled feathers by implying that Lindsay had single-handedly saved 40 kids, when the raid in fact occurred before she had even arrived.

Could Angelina Jolie's humanitarian efforts be rubbing off on Lindsay? We hope so!

Rumors have been running rampant that a sex tape of Sandra Bullock and James exists, but the actress tells People that this is simply not true. She says in a statement:

"There is no sex tape. There never has been one and there never will be one."

Guess that's all cleared up! Not that we ever believed there was one - Sandra's classier than that. But good to know it's just gossip.

At least Jesse James won't have any sort of leverage in their divorce case!

Gwyneth Paltrow, Queen of Goop, is opening up to Vogue about her tendency to be a mean girl.

"Oh yes, I can be mean," she tells the mag (via The Telegraph). I can cave in to gossip. I can ice people out and I can definitely harbour revenge. In fact, I'm having a situation right now with a friend where I'm feeling pretty angry," Gwyn admitted, fueling speculation that former BFF Madonna has become a frenemy.

The two famously shared a trainer, Tracy Anderson, who is now Gwyneth's business partner in a new gym venture, until. "Yeah, it's good that she doesn't train Madonna any more. It was too much. She keeps people waiting - it takes up your whole day," Paltrow snarked.

Although Gwyneth didn't address rumors that her husband Chris Martin was cheating on her with Kate Bosworth, she did admit to being so angry, that it was affecting her being. "I'll wake up in the morning and think, 'Ugh, I feel terrible', and suddenly realise, 'Ah, that's why. I'm holding on to so much hate.'"

Is "hate" a word you'd really use for a friend? Or would that be reserved for, oh, let's say, a cheating spouse?

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt flew in to Bosnia on Sunday night so they could spend the week visiting with refugees, and UNHCR has posted some pictures of the famous couple touring the region.

Though Jolie was saddened after spending time with the locals, she told the UNHCR she was "so inspired by these families. Despite the grim realities of their unsettled existence, they have an incredible determination to make a better future for their children." Looking to the future, the Oscar winner added, "Bosnia and Herzegovina now has the opportunity to move forward by ending displacement and further capitalizing on the EU [European Union] accession process. The local leadership has the ultimate responsibility to make choices to ensure that this will happen."

After wrapping a concert in Columbia, S.C. on September 19, 2008, DJ AM and Travis Barker boarded a Learjet 60 - all four tires then exploded as the plane zoomed down the runway at 150 mph...

The crash killed four people, Barker and AM were left seriously injured and the DJ later died of a drug overdose after getting hooked back on prescription meds.

Now the National Transportation Safety Board held a long meeting in Washington earlier today to discover the root of the problem: Under-inflated tires, says the investigators.

The NTSB also insists that this is becoming a widespread problem on business jets as well.

Hopefully airlines will take action so this doesn't happen again!

Sugar Ray rocker Mark McGrath is about to become a father -- of twins!

The dad-to-be tells People that he and longtime girlfriend/fiancee Carin Kingsland will welcome a little boy and a little girl in May.

"I'm so excited," McGrath said of the pregnancy, which was achieved through IVF. "My DNA paranoia is kicking in: I've got to feed these children. We've got to get the nursery together. And what do you do when you bring the kids home?"

In addition to becoming a new dad, McGrath will become a new husband this year as well. He and his on-again, off-again will tie the knot after being involved for over 16 years. And the best part? They got engaged at The Viper Room, the same place they met back in 1994. How classy!
