The uncoveted list also includes John Edwards and Jesse James "by exhibiting spectacularly poor judgment."

The data used to create this list has been compiled from 2009 and early 2010. Also making the unfortunate cut: Glenn Beck, Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino and Mel Gibson.

Justin Bieber got an honorable mention. How can he make the unsexiest men list when he's only a boy? Poor JB!

Looks like the accused caught a break in court today...

Dr. Conrad Murray faces manslaughter charges in connection with Michael Jackson's death but, luckily for him, a decision has been put on hold.

Judge Michael Pastor postponed ruling on whether Murray's medical license will be suspended. Both sides will return to court on June 14th.

Guess that means the doctor can still technically practice medicine!

And interesting to note, Pastor disclosed that Attorney General Jerry Brown appointed him to the bench back in 1983 - Brown wants Murray's license suspended - but insists it will not affect his judgment.

Simon Cowell certainly has a lot to smile about -- he's got a successful mega-million dollar career, a gorgeous fiancee and a top-rated show on the air.

The manslaughter case against Dr. Conrad Murray is moving courtrooms.

Just earlier today, Murray, along with Michael's parents Joe and Katherine, his sister Janet and several other family members arrived to the downtown courtroom where the doctor was going to plead innocent to manslaughter.

Now, the judge has decided to move the case to a different courtroom. It's unclear whether or not cameras will be allowed in the new room, but stay tuned to X17online for updates!

ESPN correspondent turned Dancing With the Stars performer Erin Andrews believes the show must go on: She'll appear with partner Maksim on tonight's episode despite receiving various death threats...

Andrews was sent emails that started as sexual and soon became explicitly violent, including threatening her with murder. The FBI is on it.

"It is unfortunate that there are sick people who prey on the fears and threaten the well being of others," Andrews' attorney Marshall Grossman said in a statement.

Erin was also the victim of Michael David Barrett, a stalker that filmed nude video of her through a hotel-door peephole.

This girl just can't catch a break! Poor thing.
